With the latest illegitimate promotions clearly in exchange for sexual favors to people who, don’t even have the basics of the most mundane RP, it has destroyed the department and its credibility. Persephone, Acelynn and their team of perverts started something that honestly, was never welcome in CC, sinking the city to the level of one of those sandboxes for horny wankers. I don’t envy Woodland or whatever it’s called for all these people coming in, good luck, you’ll need it!

    • Ok, HOLD UP A MINUTE, I was with Uri in SL and RL, I am not fat in either world so your statement there is false. Our paths did not go well as that tends to happen from SL to RL, We are still friends and are still close. Many of the girls Uri has been with in SL are not fat either. None of these girls Uri has been with has ever been to his home aside from myself. I moved my life to be with him because I loved and cared for him and wanted to be with him, but like any normal couple, we had our differences and we parted ways and went on to do our own thing as adults do. For those of you that come to this site to bash on Uri and anyone involved with him, your showing your jealousy because he didn’t give you the time of day, you didn’t get what you wanted out of him, or you cant accept how he plays his SL. What are you in HS? To sit here and write rude and mean comments to Uri or anyone he is with? When I was with Uri the same shit happened to me, people will always hate and be spiteful when it really is uncalled for. Go about your own business and live your SL and let others live theirs. So what if Uri is a play boy. So what if he has girls hanging off of him, so what if he does what he does. SL is about adventure, and having fun and doing things that you cant do RL. SL is what you make it, So why is he getting bashed or the girls he is with getting bashed for doing what they want to with their SL? Girls that get involved with Uri know what they are signing up for, if they didn’t want it, they wouldn’t be with him or around him. Just cause you cant accept it does not mean you get to bash on others that do. Grow the fuck up and worry about your own SL and your own shit instead of sticking your jealous petty ass nose in the business of others. Leave Uri and all involved with him alone and let them do their thing. Don’t think you would like it much if someone was harassing you and putting there nose all up in your business now would you.   5. #2. Just adding this to clear some things up about a comment I posted about a certain discord on another thread involving Aisling. The server I am referring to was started by Tallulah where she and others (Aisling included) shit talk a lot of MM members. In fact it was created solely for that reason.

    There is another discord server, the one people seem to assume I’m talking about. I’m not. A lot of you in said server would be horrified to know you have been shit on at some point by the people who are pretending to be your friends.

    As I said before, they are not good people and anyone who sticks up for Aisling should really take a look at how many times she has been posted on VS and how many comments state she is the reason they have left MM.

    You brought this upon yourself. You allowed your community to get to the point where it’s at. You let the Aeons use you and you let them stay and roam around town even after all the allegations online. You allowed people in management to pick and choose which residents they wanted to include in the community. You ran so many good people out and here we are. The racist people who you backed and refused to ban have now gotten tired of you and have left. You let Hayden and Alexia run around acting like they owned the place. And most recently you killed the last RP thing you had going which was the school. At this point you have two options, give it up and sell the town to someone else. OR re-brand the whole fucking thing.

    • I’ve lived in Cedar for years. I love it to this day. We went though a rough patch but things are looking up. These last few days were eventful. New people on every street. We lost a few good people but we lost even more bad ones. I’m happy Rei saw the Aeons true colors and they are out of here. I like all the managers with the exception of Lucy Sheppard. She should be fired. There’s still good people in town and there’s new ones joining every day. The LWO party was funny. Here’s to more funny moments in the future

    • MM is Mischief Managed it’s a Harry Potter roleplay sim, they’ve been in lots of SL secrets because they play favorites to some of the roleplayers and others don’t give noobies the time or day. Also if you’re not in with the popular people, the admins, ALOs (the ones that accept new rpers), on the owl post (the newspaper), on the quidditch team or in the high ranks in the wizarding government then they don’t care about you. They also enforce the dress code for non-friends of everyone but their friends they don’t enforce the dress code. I’ve seen so many violations and not one of them gets a slap on the wrist but if I wore it I’d be messaged saying that that’s not appropriate.

  21. @2: Doubt it – this sim was long dead before said player appeared as left it long before her appearing (to be fair it was not dead during my time there but stopped being able to keep new players from quitting 2017ish or so).

    • I am an original rper for the sim and yeah it was great originally and then certain people started coming onto the sim and it slowly dwindled part of that was Aisling, she thinks she owns the sim with all her alts. I can’t stand her and her attitude.

I mean, roleplay is serious business, but at the end of the day, you’ve got to practice REAL magic and seize the power at the top. As far as Softpaw/Aisling/whatever her name is, her role as chaos demon is well centered at Hogwarts, throwing a wrench in the works with her wholly unrealistic takes on puberty and relationships. She hasn’t even had her period yet! Wait, nobody has! How is this realistic RP if we aren’t torturing the house elves with tainted red sheets every fourth week? Fuck werewolves, we need a Red Scare over there. Anyway, nobody bleeds, Taula’s a decrepit, freaked out post-COVID-age Madonna, and Softpaw got dem titties. At the end of the day, I think we should all just resort to humping our anime pillows and give VR Chat roleplay a try.

      • I agree on Talula/Everett, the pair of them are demons. I’ve seen Aisling/Mari/Softpaw/Whatever else alts she has, talked down to someone in OOC chat and we all stood by the person and Mari said something and all I said was “We know” and Talula got into my box and berated me over the coals for being rude and I tried mentioning Mari and she was all like “Well I didn’t see it and we’re not talking about that.” That and all the dress code drama stuff is so annoying. I wish the admins would realize that Talula, Aisling, and now even Essa need to go.

    • Aisling is a very rude person. I and a few others left the sim when she chose to answer simple questions in the group ooc chat we had, with blatant disregard of her position. Talking down on us as if we should automatically know the answer upon joining the sim. I thought that is what the chat is for, asking questions, and getting help from someone on staff. How bad does it have to get with Aisling for the admins to realize sweeping it under the rug is not that simple anymore. You will begin to have groups of people returning again.

      • She’s been an issue for years. It seemed like she was getting better when the moderation duties were taken away from the ALO team but it’s easy to go back to your old ways. Usually she straightens up for a few weeks after one of these secrets is posted, then gradually slumps back into rudeness once people forget about it. Same cycle, year after year, no change.

  32. 14. They were probably called out for their unfair hiring practices. Their family and friends made it to high positions. Everyone else was stuck in low positions. Now that they are gone.. those jobs are up for grabs and there can be fairness. Firefighters are easy to replace because firefighting is a fun job. Another win with the Deputy Chief and Captain throwing a tantrum and leaving to cry to the banned Fontaine family’s overpriced and boring sims is that we are finally rid of that crap Aeon family.

    I don’t agree with everything Rei does. I still think Ari leaving hurt the town ((Lucy should apologize and offer her position back to her)) but I heard Rei has new things coming so shake the hate off. If they want to leave let them leave.

        The designs are nice and it gives me nostalgia because Kemono was my first avatar. But as I said I was out of the loop at the time so I didn’t know about all the drama surrounding it.

        I don’t think I will be using his products anymore if evidence is given that can really show SL a reason to remove them. it sucks because I saw a bunch of monkey hype on twitter with a creator making some pretty sick looking feet. The first monkey mods I discovered were using the default kemono head, the bento version could’ve helped but with all the crap goin on that’s not really gonna happen ¯\_(-_-)_/¯

        There’s been plenty of groups using exploits to remove anything kemono related in SL, one was to jack up the refunds on vendors so the seller hit negative linden values resulting in an auto ban by the security bots. That was underhanded and dirty yet SL still allows kemono to be sold so I want to say they’ve done their own investigations considering the possibility of spammed reports regarding this.

        To me it sounds like people are shouting and because they don’t get what they want, they take matters into their own hands and it just sickens me that we can’t talk things out. I’ve seen the evidence and a lot of it is dated so I want to say they’ve changed. But if they continue to show a drive for that kind of medium I’m out. It’s not worth my time and energy.

        And what happened to the term “love the product, hate the creator”? Hasn’t there been plenty of times we’ve done that in Sl. Best example I can give is neurolab, people like the sci-fi design he has yet absolutely hate his interface being locked behind a buggy cellphone system.         Plus if it was dil, there should be more juicy facts that moon has “claimed” to have told her in private right? Well the subject still goes back to the same focus. Dil would’ve approached every side on it but again it’s on the 3rd parties.
        Aside from that Dil has been pretty quiet on the drama train every since her callout on the whole Pounce matter and Sudas friend. Hell I don’t see the usual suda/dil banter so something’s probably changing behind closed doors, and I hope it’s a good thing.
        I find it hard to take dils side, but now that you call her out like this I can easily determine that this was done by someone involved with Candi because of their past so you kinda revealed that to me easily since Revi was called out.

        Something similar pops up and the whole “YoU’Re CopYiNg Me, ThEy’Re StEaLiNG mY WOrk!” crap starts. It’s always been a thing in the art world but the way this is being handled isn’t the right way.

        One harsh truth is you can’t fully say something is entirely stolen unless it’s a direct copy or has a patent/copyright, and trying to obtain one of those is already quite frustrating due to the limits it puts on the artist.

        • Hairstyle
        • Names – This should be self-explanatory but I’m putting it here anyway
        • common clothing
        • poses
        • colors – you can trademark them but that’s a specific purpose such as a store logo

        • non fictional worlds
        • other peoples characters – you can’t say they’re no longer part of your “closed” species every time you have a falling out with em. I’ve seen a few like this and it’s why I don’t like closed species to begin with.

        Something you CAN own

        • A character – their story
        • unique clothing design
        • fictional world – setting
        • species (Depends)

        He did go off about the whole closed species thing which is a good to bring up because I don’t know how I feel about that myself, especially when people just make their own human species and go “YoU’Re CopYiNg Me”

        Considering this is soko/revi/or just someone who loves to cause drama we can do one thing to shoot this down. There are items in the post that clearly violate the rules shown being the adopt, mask, and the name.

        Looking at that list we can easily see that colors are out, the characters may look similar but they’re not direct 1:1 copies so it’s fine. The same thing applies to the mask. While they both have similar ideas it’s not a 1:1 copy.

        I don’t care how sentimental you are about a name, you can’t copyright that shit, it’s be like copyrighting every guy on the street named bob just for existing. The same can be said for hair because given time anyone can realistically create that, same with makeup given the skill.

        Also going with names, makeup, and hair as a sad reason to claim theft, these are all FEATURES on a character that ANYONE should be able to use! You might be able to copyright the design of the item such as Mirrors edge and Faiths arm tattoo, but that’s the design not the tattoo itself. it’s a geometric style and anyone can make a geometric design without it being a direct copy.

        The same should also be said on the marketplace since everyone can buy it. You cannot make claims on an item. The only thing you can claim is a modified texture but that requires permission from the creator, or getting your own custom mesh/textures. it boggles my mind when people do that.

        This is where I draw the line on soko and say she’s doing this for attention, clout, fame, whatever you want to put out and why I no longer consider her as an artist anymore. She’s making very egregious claims yet doesn’t even understand the limitations of their medium and tears down other artists who are just trying to do their own things due to similarities.

        First off since all the buzz was about FZ for a while considering she couldn’t keep her mouth shut about it on twitter TWICE We all know she got kicked for breaking the rules

        She also created an adopt with some similar features copied directly from inside the club. If you look at it from the back, it perfectly copies the FZ logo. I don’t think FZ can really do anything about it, but trying to profit off a their design is pretty shitty. Also it’s a split design, something she attacked creators for AND it’s her closed species so she’s gonna try and claim exclusive rights to it.

        One of the FZ events I managed to attend was the Psicorp Gryphon mod release. Normally I don’t give critiques, but the head and wings felt rushed honestly. That being said there was some mods being released for the mod made by Soko which were suppose to be woodpeckers, these were Pilated woodpeckers something that actually exists. So here we have an artist trying to claim an ACTUAL SPECIES and to top it off the event exclusive was a white variant a rare breed of the species.

        Normally I wouldn’t care but there’s one rule on psicorps page that sticks out with this issue which is “You do NOT have permission to use these files to duplicate official variants of this avatar that are currently or have been previously on sale” (Taken directly from the Gryphon page on Psicorps website. There’s one for each mod and they all give the same ruleset)

        Now this might apply to psi and his color variants, but I don’t think that’s gonna stop Soko from using that against others because NOOO YOU STOLE MY MOD, yea we recreated a mod using the FREE PSD YOUR PARTNER GIVES OUT Which is what she uses for pretty much every mod in her store.

        I got one more because I know she doesn’t have permission to do this. We all know the classic people wanting to recreate their favorite digimon, pokemon, or sonic character on SL. Soko has fully created Cynder from the Spyro series in full anthro form.

        I know companies will sometimes come onto SL just to purge things like direct rips, recreations, or shitty bootlegs. I’m sure Activision would do the same if they found someone was profiting off of something they don’t own especially since they don’t seem to be getting any credit for the characters creation.

Please don’t act like you’re above this when you have been watching, collecting and talking about this shit the whole time.
