    I am going to try a different approach with you. I understand you are frustrated, upset an so on. Unfortunately if the case i that this person truly did an injustice to you or is trying to get a reaction from you. You just lost the plot. She has won.

    If I was you I would remove everything if not for your pride for legal purposes. I think we can all agree here that you have made some very dire accusations and threats that in a court of law would not stand in your favor. In addition, this behavior could also prove you as unhinged in a multitude of situations. This person you mention “Liyah” has proved one thing in all this. That this does not affect her like it affects you. You are giving her the satisfaction of your reaction and the reactions you are causing others to have towards you.

    So….
    1. I would delete all your rants against this person and show that I simply do not care.
    2. I would log off SL and move on with my life and healthy habits
    3. I would not allow myself to think or discuss or have anything to do with this situation.
    4. If you have a desperate need to return to SL I would start new and delete any avatar or trace of me she could find and never look back.

    If you were done wrong have faith in Karma.
    Until then I truly recommend you find some way or some how to pull it together. If not for your own well being then out of sheer pride at how this “person” has baited you into completely embarrassing yourself on here.

  38. First off, it doesnt have your personal info on it. Secondly, good luck at getting an attorney that will take this type of case. If you do find an attorney, the costs are going to be humongous. You have to get subpoenas to get the information to trace everything you are saying like IP. Since this doesn’t include real life information and is game related, no one is likely to take the risk at fighting on this case.

    Otherwise, people on other MMO games and the like, would be in lawsuits constantly. Threatening lawsuits, doesn’t help. Maturely, hasn’t happened on your part. I dont even know who the hell you are.

    I used to roleplay at Mischief Managed, being an avid Harry Potter fan, a few months back—probably a year now, to be honest—and I can assure you that this is not a once off. The people there, even the well-known ones, are complete trash when it comes to roleplay. There are a few that are decent, but they are often pushed aside by the teenage high school clique mentality. If you are not in their circle, have fun roleplaying by yourself.

    Favouritism is a huge thing there. You are not going to get a character arc accepted unless you are on your knees, gagging for one of the admins. Some are fine, but most are just power-abusive middle-aged stay-at-home mothers who drink too much whine and think they are decent roleplayers when half of them would be dropped out of any half-serious roleplay they tried. I know a few avid roleplayers who warn people away from the place.

    Aside from that, unoriginality is rampant. Roleplay is meant to be creative, story-driven. Half the people look the same. Could swear it was Star Wars with the number of clones. No one has any flaws, despite claiming that they do. All Slytherin students are Draco Malfoy wannabes, being complete pricks to everyone and trying to be edgy. Gryffindors are often Hermione Granger clones (because only 10% of the characters there are males). Ravenclaws are just brainiacs and cannot be wrong because they have the Harry Potter wiki bookmarked. Hufflepuffs are the more popular house because that is where most of the ALOs reside.

    If you go against the norm, even in the slightest, you may as well move on. The whole sim is a hive mind that fuels off the semen of the admins.

    I also forgot that half of them completely disregard British colloquialisms. No, you dunce, your pure-blood character is not going to know American pop culture.

    tl;dr: Cookie-cutter place that lacks any originality, even the introduced plots, and is essentially a hive mind, led by the popular people. For a roleplay for a place of teenagers, everyone sure is perfect. Avoid the place if you are actually decent at roleplay. It is a cesspool of untalented morons.

    Also, pretty sure Aisling defends the person (Rose, I think) who scammed people thousands of dollars because she once roleplayed at Mischief Managed and that she was, and I quote, “A good person.”

    • I can tell you honestly have never roleplayed there. The Slytherin that act like Malfoy make up a minuscule percent. Except for a few Ravenclaws, most try to emulate Luna to the extreme, Hufflepuffs have the least amount of OOC drama, and most the Gryffindors all have a Harry Potter complex.

      • I don’t know I agree with Alexander as well. Lets talk about the plots from the last few years. Not this year cause we don’t know where the hell this one is heading yet. Last year alos , admins, and a very few others were involved in the main plots. Those were involved were cause they were good at pararp or ic dating one of the characters.. Rinse and repeat for the previous years. Yes about cannon to a T you say its for fun but I know people freaking out about points cause there afraid they can’t get enough points for what they need points for. People get annoyed when others ask if class is going to happen or not due to those dam points are needed to be successful in spells… He not wrong about favoritism either the thought emotes people do against each other character to make sure its known so and so is unwelcome. We know the cliques everyone does the same group of people who interact with each other who rarely involves anyone else. Have you noticed? I know I have most of our players at mm have left and going to other sims cause there is nothing to do. Their heading to Chronicles of Lynnea…. Yes there is always start your own rp but if there is no one around hard to do. That and if you have any plot ideas you have to suggest to RPD and wait for months for a response unless your one of their friends and then you get a quick answer.

      • I knew many younger kids on secondlife back in 2006-2007. I still talk to a few. Many were working close with LL on bugfixes and on client stuff right after the client was open sourced. It’s not an age thing…..it’s how mature the person is.

        It doesn’t matter if you create new email addresses. It shows the IP you are connected to, you can even take that IP address to find out what internet company owns it and likely the state involved. Not hard to do

Also the dating on the net especially in SL there are no consequences for actions. You can’t even look someone in the eye when you speak to them..and learn their lying face. That’s HUGE with me and i’m particularly good at it. It should be important to you too when picking people to associate with.
        A lot of men (because there are so few men in SL and even less who know how to make an avatar look good) feel like gods gift due to there being a shortage and unfortunately there are far too many girls who don’t love themselves enough to not settle for trash.
        Also don’t have too many girl friends…you should use the same method with them.. no consequence on being a bad friend/family.
        You can’t see their lying face.. or if they are in your mans dm’s on the low.
        Most people use people for what they can’t get on their own.
        A lot of “men” in SL don’t like girls who don’t “need” them.
        Girls who don’t need them aren’t as easily manipulated.
        I just smoked on break and that’s when the genius comes out in me xD
        my biggest sl thing is.. stay away from people that are a part of large cliques/family/friends.
        IF someone has a million friends/family.. its obvious to me that they aren’t really good at weeding out bad ones. ✌️

        Yes, abusive and manipulative people exist and they can sway you… but what you believe in what they say or do, is the problem here. Be more aware of what’s going on, be skeptical, have some more self-esteem in yourself. Don’t sit there and believe everything is as it seems. I’ve fallen in this trap too, some of it was into real life situations also.. and it happens. Bad timing, manipulation and abuse, drags you in further.

        Be stronger than that and not let it happen again. Everyone has to learn, take what you learn and make yourself better.

      • A lot of times, you fall into that several times before you see it. I have. RL and SL. It’s hard to see it for yourself when you are in that situation. You don’t understand it until it’s done and you are with no one a while. Once or twice, really takes a toll on your already damaged esteem, it takes a lot of support and self help to get up and realize what really happened, thus THEN you’ll learn to better protect yourself. Doesn’t mean you wont fall into it again but you’ll better see the signs and get out earlier

        I dont see the issue happening and then an “excuse”, it’s not an excuse, it’s just not understanding what went on

They were both married when they got together, both relationships were poly in rl, but exclusive in sl. They even met in rl. Yes, to the knowledge of their rl partners. Poly is a thing, get over it. The fact is, if you step out of the boundaries you set within your relationship, poly or not, then you are cheating. It is still disrespectful regardless and she didn’t deserve any of it.

      • I know a couple people who are engaged in RL. On SL, they are connected to other, seperate people and they know who they are.

        There are rules to it. The person getting involved with them are told of the situation. If you choose to go down this route, there is no real life. They are friends only who role play relationship roles. They will likely never meet in person. They will get to know their real life person on SL too. Hell, I”ve watched them set each other up with people it’s funny.

        SL is roleplay, just a game and nothing more. A good relationship can handle that. If one side of the other had a low self esteem issue, it causes fights, jealousy, anger.

        You have to have a good stable relationship and honesty. Can work out just fine

        if you are looking for the items the secret talks about go to NC’s flickr and then look for Daybed Romance over at Daz which NC sells as reflections bed. Then there is the armor which on DAZ can be found under legacy armor made by the very talented Aeon Soul team. The saree can be found by simply searching for saree on DAZ and it’s the only result. I do agree though the pics are blurry look at the big ones and it becomes very obvious.

    She sets her Fatpacks at a reasonable price so that people buy those instead. All the while pricing her single items at insane prices. It’s what Apple Fall used to do, until he realized that lower prices = bigger sales.

    But on another note, her work is amazing, and I bought that set anyways. ❤️

    • ‘Her’ amazing work is someone else’s amazing work. Neva and Keon hire a 3D company to create for them. Neva is a professional stylist and learned over time how to make a profit selling her lifestyle concept in SL. She is also well known for hiring people to do the work. Perhaps stop claiming she’s a creator. They are creative and marketing savvy but not creators. They find ideas on Pinterest and hire a 3D company to create their ideas. They upload, add animations, scripts, etc to the models and market them in SL. Still nothing against that.

    • Agreed. It doesn’t bother me if people don’t put the actual name of the mesh head they used as long as the brand is clearly stated. I think 95% of the skins I have were made for a different head than I have. I have the Catwa Lona head and have bought skins that were made for Catya and many others. Obviously, I demo them and if they look good on my head then I buy it. I swear some people in SL are so lazy and it’s not anything more than a few clicks of a button. Laughable.
