  1. #37 – Sammy Berries and their partner have been scamming people out of money for years. They sell things that they never intend to make to people and then cut and run. People have opened fraud cases against them. Both of them constantly talk about health issues and the “money issues it causes”, but then they’re constantly ordering Doordash instead of cooking, vaping, upgrading their PC’s, etc.

    They’re now crying all over social media about how they’re depressed because people are being mean on here, yet they’ve been caught numerous times harassing people and posting on here. Both of them need to seek professional help.

I understand that in your frustration, you directed your anger towards an innocent woman who had no involvement in the situation. It is clear that you are going through a difficult time, and managing your emotions is proving to be challenging. Please know that I truly empathize with your hurt and anger.

    I want to make it clear that your partner’s visit to my sim, club, or farm was entirely his own decision. He was neither coerced nor forced in any way. There are only a few possible ways he could have found the farm: either through a search, the website, or via teleportation from someone else. The responsibility for his actions lies solely with him, not with me or anyone else.

    I understand that during distressing moments, it’s natural to feel the urge to blame and criticize others. However, I would like to propose a different approach. I extend an open invitation to meet with me for a mature and honest discussion. Let us come together as women and lift each other up, rather than tearing each other down.

    While resorting to posting slander on a website might seem like an outlet for extreme anger, I believe we can transform that anger into something positive. Instead of being adversaries, let us become friends, and I’ll be more than willing to offer my help and support in fostering a more positive outlook.

  4. #4 Child avatars are allowed within Second Life.1 A child avatar, even within a mature or adult region (but not participating in adult (in this case, sexual) ) activities is allowed. A child avatar is allowed do everything any other avatar is, with the following exceptions:

    Child avatars in sexual situations (sexual congress obviously, though it is unclear beyond this) are not allowed and abuse reportable (ARable).
    Public promotion (classified listing, profile, etc.) of sexual situations with child avatars is not allowed and ARable.
    Creating areas for the purpose of sexual ageplay is not allowed and is ARable. This includes having items with sexual content (sexual poseballs or equipment) in proximity to items traditionally associated with children (swingsets, etc.)
    Indicating that the real age of a child avatar (as opposed to a stated SL/role playing age) is below main grid age is not allowed and ARable.
    Child avatar nudity has been called into question as well. While no language specific to nudity was included in the initial policies, child avatar nudity of the genital or chest regions, including in otherwise non-sexual situations (skin vendors, for example) can be a violation. This also applies to parcel descriptions: nudity or “clothing optional” language can not be included in a parcel description on a kid-specific area.

    Note that child avatars are allowed on PG, Mature, and even Adult public parcels, provided with the latter that they are adult verified. Note that this does not necessarily apply to private parcels where one has the option to eject or ban as desired. The allowance of child avatars on adult rated land such as Zindra does not invalidate any of the above rules.

    Policies towards child avatars are largely focused on the actions of the avatars, not the avatars themselves.

    Quite simply, a child avatar is any avatar that attempts to present as a youth. This is not limited to humans, and can include furries (referred to in this instance as “cubs” or “babyfur”), neko, vampires, and other avatar selections. Some doll avatars might also fit in this category.

    This does not necessarily include fairies (which may be child-like in appearance, as well as smaller than the average avatar), tinies (although human baby-shaped tinies do exist), or those wearing gothic lolita and/or cosplay fashions and styles.

    It should be noted that “child” does not exclusively mean “baby.” Child avatars come in all ages, including older school aged children and teenagers.

    And let’s talk about their banning policy. Leaving a prim shouldn’t be grounds for a ban, especially when it’s their crappy rezzers that cause the lag. If they had some decent ones in place, we wouldn’t have to struggle to move and get our prim. Simple as that.

    Honestly, why don’t they implement an Auto-return feature? It would solve so many problems and make everyone’s lives easier. But instead, we’re stuck with walls everywhere, and we have to go through the hassle of derezzing just to get proper lighting. It’s becoming a headache.

    Sure, it might be a decent place for newcomers, but personally, I’d rather support the creators of the poses or backgrounds with my hard-earned money. They deserve it way more than Sunny’s.

    • That’s not a good place for newcomers when they charge for access. Newcomers are better sent to just about any other photography place.
      The whole “gtfo if you don’t pay within 2 minutes of landing” is really off-putting, even to people who may not mind paying to have access. It’s really in your face when you land.

      New people are likely to find it in people’s profiles, but what they don’t know is the security system is going to yell at them as soon as they land, multiple times, until they either pay or leave (and usually before they’ve even fully rezzed). It’s a really weird policy, imo. But, their land, their rules, so it is what it is. I wouldn’t send anyone there though, lol.

    • Sunny’s sucks! They really are some assholes that think they can knuck if ya buck. Then when someone cussing them the fuck out…they are shocked. LOL I had a run in with a bitch ass staff member a few years ago. I went there. Nothing rezzed. I was unable to even take a pic so I left. Same day I got a message saying I was banned “cause I aint clean the shit up” LOL So my initial approach was.. calm. But the chick was like “she said what she said” So I’m like eat a dick bitch. Shrugs and I’ve told everyone.. now vs. Buy your own backgrounds save yourself a banning.

    • Regarding auto return- the entire ground level was landscaped and decorated by staff and volunteers. Auto return would send all that back to the respective owners. So that isn’t an option. What’s so hard about cleaning up after one’s self?
      And maybe banning for a prim does seem a little extreme, until you factor in that the average traffic in the sim is around 500 people a day. 500+ prims laying around would become a real problem, really quick. Most of the time, we return them without comment. It’s only when we start seeing the same names over and over, that a warning is given. And without fail , the warning is ignored.
      Being an adult, and simply cleaning up after one’s self, solves all those problems.

By then it’s too late, LL won’t do anything because it’s no longer within the realm of their platform and they tell you to deal with it legally. Proving a cyberbullying and stalking case AND having it enforced by the law is near impossible, especially considering LL ToS preventing the sharing of logs unless explicitly ordered by a court. Especially if the perp is using a vpn, which most do if they are using that many alts and accounts to stalk you in the first place.

        ThePatriarchy’s ‘joking’ comment is the whole reason none of this gets taken seriously until someone is actually stalked/assaulted IRL.

        I’ll go one further for you. If you had your own teenager playing an online game and this was happening to them you’d take it far more seriously than saying, just push the block button.       • Actually no. My specific situation is different and did not start in SL. Mine was an angry ex RL who knew about my SL, because they were a part of my life and I shared my interests with them, and decided the best payback was to dox me online.

        What I mentioned above was in regards to the many people that have mentioned this happening. If you’ve been on VS for a few weeks then you already know someone else was called out for stalking a person at a club on various alts because they were denied.

      • I really didn’t want to address any of these things because, I try not to let this site have my traffic. I did not send anyone here to defend me, is the first thing I’d like to say. I did, however, make a post about it on facebook because I do struggle with my own self image RL and I felt this was a pretty low blow.

        As for my offenses against others. It is true I have made mistakes and done some pretty shitty things in my past. I won’t even defend myself. I spent a lot of my younger years growing up on secondlife. I’ve been on here off/on for a little over 17 years now. I have made plenty of mistakes in my past. As have a lot of people. Secondlife can bring out the worst in some of us and in the past I allowed that to happen, because I was selfish and young.

        I, in no way, am making excuses for any of my actions in the past but I will say, for the past few years I have tried my best to do what is right. To treat others the way I’d like to be treated, to be a good person and make amends for my previous mistakes. I am human and the best I can do is try to grow and be a better person, which is what I have been doing.

        I’m not embarrassed by my past, I was young and very inexperienced in life. But, I do regret some of my actions. To anyone who I have wronged at all ever, I apologize. My door is open if you’d like to come talk to me about anything that I may have done to hurt you years ago. I will never turn anyone away if they want to talk things out or even just express to me how I hurt them so they can have that closure.

        However, from my “laundry list” of mistakes I have made I have never once attacked someone for their physical appearance or their RL. I would never. I would never once try to make someone feel bad for how they look. That’s just beyond me.

It has not changed ever since they opened, unless you’re talking about the areas that they set up elsewhere on the Sim separate from the main club that has not effected the main clubs build in the slightest, and I think the club looks great! All of the areas have arrows pointing to them on the walkway and are also marked by signs above each other revue. So, may I ask, what exactly is confusing to you?     now here is a real offer: fix the flight sound so its quieter (you could change that directly in the vehicle script and push it as an update) or even change the sound entirely and remove the gross particles from the flight effects and i will leave you a higher rated review on the car. the current flight sound genuinely prevents me from enjoying the car you made and i think even if its not brought up much, your customers would appreciate a kinder sound on their ears.

  87. my man i know you aren’t that dense, nobody uses a movement enhancer to just “fly and sail up and down the gulf” while sticking exclusively to the path of another person and then following them and lingering around as they double back and return to the airport to escape your harassment. the owner of that airport witnessed everything too, you are only lucky its not on video because no rational person would have expected you to go so far as to chase people down so it wasn’t considered that a screen capture program would be necessary.
