  1. 8. New Haven is a great family roleplay community and I have lived in many. I have found my home. Cara and Brian are friendly and never rude or unjust. They don’t tolerate crappy people in management or in leadership roles. The community itself is beautiful. The best I’ve seen. There’s always something to do, There’s more than just restaurants and coffee shops. It’s worth the money. Better than these communities with crappy managers and little to do. The only thing that worries me is the adding of new sims in New Haven. I hope they don’t add too many new sims because it will spread people apart

You might as well “cancel” all serial killer docu’s, and war movies like Schindler’s list because most are based on some sort of reality were there is pain. Your argument is from a personal emotional POV, and want to stomp a reality into the ground AND censor them -> which in my book is a dictatorship.

The person she tried to poach reported her because it turned into harassment. Asheson reported her to the owner in Cedar with the proof because Lucy is a manager there. Lucy more than likely played victim and manipulated it because she never owns up to anything. This is her second time posting about Asheson simply because he was in Cedar. Lucy you are a conniving and dishonest person. Grow up and let it go Elsa.

  15. 43. When you narrow down the RoC poster to either admins or members/friends of the Arryn House.

    This is the reason why people with evidence against Alys and Akira don’t come forward when asked to. It’s blatantly obvious when someone is favored by the admin team and they’ll go out their way to humiliate a person.

    People should avoid RoC for a reason. If you’re not friends with the admins or sucking up to them in discord, you’re basically considered discardable.

    It’s not the first time they’ve gotten away bullying and harassment and it won’t be the last.

    Should also get your facts right. Neither the writer or their character want to marry the King. They’ve made that known publicly both OOC (wouldn’t work due to the timezone) and IC (Targaryens do nothing but break their word). No one is stupid enough to try when it was clearly organised OOC by the players.

    Final note. It’s not hard to say “It didn’t happen” when someone comes to you because someone submitted something anonymously out of fear of dealing with group drama, abuse and harassment. Merely because someone erases their name from the logs doesn’t mean it didn’t happen. Just means the admins can’t follow up on it properly. No one feels comfortable coming forward and after this, it’s not hard to see why.

    • I understand wishing to defend someone but let us look at who is trying to be defended. A person who has been ban all over roleplay sims for the same behavior that is still going on. As much as I dislike how the admins roll in RoC, this needs to be taken on a more personal case. A leopard does not change its spots, and Bunny aka Abril aka AveryLust goes out of her way to attempt to ruin people she simply doesn’t like and keep others from engaging with them in role-play. Now that she burned her bridges in RoC she had moved on to BotS….hmmm I wonder what is going to happen there?!

      • As an admin/mod/player who has had the chance to observe Abril/Avery/Bunny/Whatever across multiple sims over the recent years, one thing I’ve observed is that she is often used as a scapegoat because of her history, the fact she is blunt and seems lacks filters. I’ve seen that across a lot of Australians (blunt/lacking filters). There have only been two sims recently that she appears to have had issues in, both that have involved Akira/Alys where they both tried to get her banned or turn people against her. Cypress Island and RoC.

        Her history makes it easy for people to have prejudice against her. People in SL are petty and warn admins about those they dislike or threaten not to go to the sim. One example being Terminal Vector where she was pre-banned because people who were friends with the admins threatened not to go there if she was allowed there. This was a similar case with Waterdeep where she was banned in favor of the masses over actually doing wrong which was confirmed by the admin that had banned her.

        On two sims I was an admin/mod on, we were warned heavily of her but found the players who warned us causing more issues compared to what she had. There is not a single player on any sim that has never had at least one issue on a sim, whether they’re a admin/mod/player. Not one. Even the staff team have had issues.

        Beyond the warnings from players, I’ve had barely any issues with her on sims. I’ve found her to be cooperative, helpful and she has aided in other peoples character development. She’s pushed sim ideas, plots and she pushes conflict RP which few people tend to do these days. She tries to involve everyone in some form of RP and is very inclusive. I’ve watched her character get killed and she made a new one with no complaints (do you know how rare it is for someone to let their char die). If we had listened to the accusations against her? I honestly feel like we’d have missed out on the fun she had brought to the sim.

        I’ve come to notice it’s not hard to say something about her and for it to automatically be believed however bizarre, wrong or amusing it is. It makes me wonder how much is true vs what people have wanted to say and gotten away with. You’d be surprised how many times people have said “This person did this!” yet they show nothing to prove it. I’m also speaking of over the recent years, not venturing back into that abysmal drama with that blogger.

        I was weary of her at first with the players who warned me about her but I don’t regret having her and I know I’m one of many who actually think that way.

        PS: We’re not big cats. Humans have been known to change. The big question is…. why are you following where she is going and keeping tabs on her?

    • Biased staff team, people who can’t take IC consequences, people who blend and OOC plot. On par with Game of Thrones roleplay to be honest.

      We’ll not go into Addictive who had a Lord Paramount role (high importance role) who left for ‘reasons’ and left for three months before coming back into another Lord Paramount role. Because Addictive is friendly with the admins, their actions gets looked another way.

      Alys deliberately mocked and was rude to another player on the OOC chat and was flat ignored by mods. It took another player to tell her to quit mocking a player’s roleplay before she stopped. You know, the interactive fanfiction?

      We progress now to this, where you have one player, Owen, deliberately claiming to want to show a hostile side because someone called out Valena, someone who never should have had a role until one of the admins pulled a fast one on the application team.

      He won’t be stopped, because he’s currently the playmate of one of their mods.

      Anyone says anything about them negatively and the group openly becomes hostile. Mocks them. When the players are:

      • A ‘Queen’ who interjected and attacked another player who was trying to state she wasn’t the OOC lover of the king they chased off
      • Admin staff who changes lore on a whim and doesn’t notify players
      • Addictive and Alys
      • Clique based Targaryens who refuse to RP with anyone save their choices, even when they’re told it’s important to talk to them.

      And if you show logs the concerns get swept under the rug.

      Tl;Dr Admins seek out suck ups. Preferred players get a pass to act like jerks. When problems are raised, the sim has an open hostile attitude.

    • You do know that something being in a popular fantasy setting doesn’t mean it can’t have any prejudice built into it, right? An elegant, wise, generally benign race with light skin having a counterpart race with black skin that’s known for being malevolent, aggressive, selfish, and cruel isn’t great. WotC has worked to make it less offensive over the years but the core attributes are still there, I can’t say that other settings inspired by D&D have put in the same effort. Unfortunately you can’t untangle real-world politics from fantasy, because the people who write fantasy are living in and inspired by the real world.

      • If you feel the need to equate those to humans in the real world, most likely you’re not even one of those people of color that you think you’re standing up for, because when you don’t have any real problems of your own but you just crave drama you’ll make it anywhere you can. Fantasy lore written by people long dead is very low priority when it comes to real world equality issues.

      • You’re right it is a very low priority issue, it’s not something I would’ve brought up myself because there’s bigger issues to worry about in general. That doesn’t mean I can’t say anything when the topic was already brought up by someone else. The topic of dark elves (and orcs, if we’re talking about fantasy races) being varying levels of mirroring real-world racism has been around for decades.
        WotC (the company that publishes D&D) have put out statements in the past acknowledging that the depiction of drow and orcs could be potentially hurtful and they’re working on trying to resolve that in newer editions. It’s not like this is something that I’ve just pulled out of my ass for the sake of being a drama hound. There’s nothing wrong with thinking a bit harder about the motivations behind parts of fantasy. At best you come out with a better understanding of why you like something. At worst you can recognize and work around things that kinda suck (even if it’s the normal, not bigoted kind of sucking.)

Who is to say SL is not the “therapy” they need. I have adopted many child avis over the years, my kids are grown in RL. It is nice to have small children to look up to you. Some people in SL can not have children in RL so this is their way to actually have a child. SL is a game in which you can do whatever you want, your imagination is the limit. Personally I have problems walking in RL, so to be in a game where I can wear heels that I could never wear in RL is very nice. Everyone in this world is broken or damaged in some way. It is why we are here in the first place. If our RL gave us everything we needed, we would not be drawn to a game such as this. While being a child avi may not be your thing… I am sure there is something on here that you do that people would think you need therapy for… don’t be so quick to judge others for what they need here.

    • If anima stopped making heads, ya would be upsetting. But, I honestly feel more pissed at SG than I do anima. That’s mainly because they made this mod, and the head was made, and they made it a limited addition skin/head that costs 250$. If anima made the head…. We’re paying anima the majority of the money. Cuz they would have probably also done the ears and tail since majority of their kits come with ears and tail. The body is either regalia or LL UV. So Majority of the product is anima and then a custom made sphynx texture made by SG…We meant to believe we’re paying almost 200 for the skin and then anywhere between 50-80 for the head, tail and ears? Kind of starting to seem like a rip off for a “One of a kind” And if that’s the business practice that more creators go with, trying to make OOAK mods… They’re going to see more and more rips of their products, instead of them just releasing the parts separately from the mod itself.

        Drow are inbred between elves and orcs and live underground and as results of the mix heritage they have darker skins.

        Dark Elves are in fact elves who practiced forbidden dark magic and became exiled by the elven race. The word “dark” doesn’t refer to their skin color, it refers to the dark magic that separated their race from the other elves. They have pale white skin with dark hair colors.

    They are free to design your own, or, if you wish to support the artist, you may obtain a Royal Vernid MYO ticket for a 25$ fee directly through them or also purchase an appropriate offering through PsiCorp directly!

    So buying the royal upgrade on FA, is basically the same as the psicorp one. You’re purchasing a ticket to recognize that avatar as a specific part of that groups community.

    So lets look at the prices again (converted into USD because my currency is trash)

    Vernid head only – $750L = $4.58
    Vernid standard – $1,200L = $6.43
    Vernid Royal – $8,500L = $37.60

    Basically you’re paying two people here, and psi looks to be getting the lower half (I’m guestimating here)

        The dragon wolf is just a reskined wolf head (how many reskinned canine heads does he have now? fox, yeen, dalmatian, ect), and you can’t even use the same kits because of the scales and glow marks, they also made a discount terrier head by changing the sculpt. There’s tons of issues with their mods including seams because “all mods are fitted and tested on MY core body”, even the macro community (which they have mod kits specifically for this fad) don’t like them because of the additional deformers breaking a lot of custom bodies, and a total lack of support for the more dated mods. I’m not trying to put them on a pedestal, they already got so much shit because of their own problems including their “feral” callout so it’s not like they were good to begin with.

They don’t magically stop being pedophiles just because they log on to a viewer. They are still sick fucks, and yes people should be aware that they are even in sl because sl does allow minors. Most (not all) registered sex offenders also have some limitations on what they can and cannot do online, including being anywhere that minors may be present and interacting with them. It is more than just a rl employer problem, assuming you’re not just saying shit to say shit.

        Anyone who chooses not to out them, but knows what they did and who they are, is still an enabler. Are you an enabler-as in you know who they are and what they did, or just someone running your mouth online about people being pedophiles but not actually knowing if they really are?       • Yes and not all events or even items in the events are exclusive to the event. Is the item actually marked exclusive, has the person actually tried to buy it, is the vendor even fully active since can be set but not activated.
