Lots of people are open to defending her after witnessing or having been shown proof one way or another. You’d be surprised how many people write like that so trying to accuse an anonymous thing of being someone else is honestly laughable. That means everyone can safely assume it’s either Verinne or one of the Sulfer idiots posting in defence of her and acting like she hasn’t done fucked up shir herself.

  8. 22 Just going to put my two cents on this. I don’t honestly think Abril is the one posting these. I’ve noticed a pattern which is every time Abril seems to make new friends or makes something new, Verinne makes a post about her, a secret pops up and everyone hates Abril again. I honestly think this is being done by Verinne and her gang. I wouldn’t put it past the Sulfer family since they’re threatening to attack Abril in the comments on her facebook post just showing they’re degenerates. The other thing I noticed is Verinne doesn’t actually provide proof of timelines. She literally showed a picture of profiles and went “believe me” and people did. Abril’s profile has looked that way for months. Why bring it up now? Abril made a facebook and people were befriending her. That’s why.

    Verinne is mentally unstable and obsessed and anyone at this point who is stupid enough to believe her is probably just dumb as bricks. This reminds me of why she was banned from GE sims.

    Let no one forget Verinne publicly admitted she couldn’t prove that Abril said her Dad sexually abused her and she heard it from someone else without proof. Verinne sent people to Abril’s family over facebook to literally attack someone who wasn’t even involved. Imagine going after someone’s family after you released their RL information over a shape and proceed to get upset because they threatened to ruin your life like you did their family? Fucking hypocrite.

    I see people call Abril a monster and people demand Abril to take accountability but none of you seem to expect Verinne to do it after everything she has done. She even rejoices on her Facebook post about how happy she is about treating Abril like shit. You’re all okay with that?

    Imagine being so obsessed over a game you have stalked and harassed someone for nearly 6 years over the fact your shape was taken. A shape. Imagine going after someone’s Dad who wasn’t even involved over a shape.

    • You’re an idiot if you think Avery/Abril/Bunny did not post this secret. Avery checks on Ver almost every single day there is always new info or a new screenshot or a new rumor. She also is very active on vs.

      If anything the pattern that makes the most sense is she’s so mentally unstable she’s testing new friend groups stance on Ver by intentionally stirring up some drama. She’ll feel safer in a new friend group if she can comfortably play victim and have them swoop in to protect her.

      This is all usually whisperings (unconfirmed) of ver doing shady shit followed by an avery “button push”. New friends make effort to stand with her and she feels more secure in her friend group as a result.

      So, following the pattern…….
      Avery makes new friends.
      Talks about verinne doing shit, test the waters.
      NC is sent to Verinne (button push, begging verinne to at least look in her direction with triggering things available such as her usual bullshit and new malt thats identical)
      Verinne erupts (unknown why as nc was evidently not received) and posts on fb
      Avery posts on vs with a response, shows friends likely same day as it was posted
      Friend group swarms in to protect

      Strange part is nobody likes avery enough to want to put their neck on the line because ver is insane. Her friends list or the list of people who would side with her is not very big and would be entirely made up of current friend group which is usually small half of which would already be exhausted by ongoing drama. There are always a handful of comments claiming bunny would not want this on vs because she doesnt want any of the drama so if her friends believe she doesnt and therefore wouldnt want this who is *actually* publicly coming to her defence? Has to be her.

      They are both very unhealthily obsessed with each other and yes verinne the ‘detective’ work you do to keep tabs on her counts. You make things more fun for avery by reacting.

  18. #27 Admins of a flickr group signed up to to be admin to help the group. Artists who make art who joined a flickr group want to share their art. When a piece of art is rejected with no explanation, when said art follows the group rules–that seems shady and if admin doesn’t like a piece of work that someone spent their time working on, maybe they should not be an admin. Art is subjective, u don’t need to love everything but u need to respect the artists and their works. We understand u get a lot of stuff to go through and some of the admins I have talk to have said that they sometimes accidentally reject a work that does abide by the group rules–this happened to me a week ago and I made a discussion and asked why, the admin admitted that it does go by their rules and wasn’t not sure why it was rejected and asked me to resubmit, which I did. I don’t think asking why something was rejected is NOT entitlement, if u enter a contest and however u do, the judges will tell u what u did wrong–that’s part of the feedback so asking a judge why they didn’t like something u did is totally reasonable. At the end of court case, the jurors can usually say why they voted for or against a verdict. If u want people to not ask why their photos were rejected maybe put int he rules that not every photo, even if they follow the rules, will make the cut?

    • I’ve had a good bit of my pictures that I spent days, even weeks on, get rejected from some of my favorite groups. I either shrugged it off and kept trying or if I thought it was done unfairly, I’d just leave and look for another group. I never once took it as the admin not respecting my work as I know that my artwork isn’t for everyone. I kinda just figured “it’s their group and my decision if I want to stay or not”. But that’s just me. I totally think asking for an explanation is 100% reasonable, but I’ve also seen people get a bit rude about it and try to full-on demand to have every single one of their photos submitted. Just last week, a member of my friends group showed their ass in a public post, ranting about how stupid her group was and how she was tired of having her pictures rejected. In reality, we had only rejected two out of several only because they were so dark that we thought they were blank. They kept on trying to make everyone think that she had something against them and only them, until she pointed out that she had actually been a longtime follower of theirs and LOVED their photography. On top of that, she had just submitted 4 of her images the week prior. Another person tried to chime in and attack her as well. Turns out they were actually an alt of theirs, prentending to be another group member. Funniest part was they even a member of the group. She still apologized profusely and removed all restrictions but eventually got so discouraged that she deleted the group.

      In short though, I think an explanation is always fair but at the same time, some people need to get said explanation first before jumping to conclusions and making accusations. Just my 2 cents.

  22. 27 I think the problem is that Flickr has now started notifying people when their picture is rejected for a group, which feels kind of… rude, even though it really isn’t, so it has made some people salty. I am even guilty of feeling that way the first time I got one of those notifications, but after a while I realized it was stupid to be offended by it. You’re absolutely right that people who make groups and take the time to administer a group, especially one that allows submissions by any member rather than requiring pics to be invited to post, have the right to turn away anything they want, and they shouldn’t feel compelled to explain their decisions to anyone.

    • Eyeshadow should be, the darkest color in the compact in the crease and just above it, to shape the eye appearance, the medium color on the lid and the lightest color on the fatter part of the top, above the darkest color. There should be nothing underneath, maybe liner on the “water line”, and then mascara, that’s it.

      • Just wanted to point out, the nine tailed fox appears in Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese lore. In Japanese lore, the nine tailed fox isn’t a singled out type of creature, more that kitsune were believed to be able to have up to nine tails. So they’re kinda right in a way.

        You’re both correct though, none of these girls came up with the idea and to try to gatekeep it is ridiculous for them to do.

        Also agree, all parties in the secret are toxic as hell…though Avery is a unique kind of insane. There’s a reason she keeps getting banned off RP sims. She’s like another version of she-who-shall-not-be-named on VS.

      • I don’t think your comment is hypocrisy. I don’t think I’m allowed to change my name once a post is made.

        As someone who has been a moderator on a few RP sims before the main reason why she gets banned is her history with Meep or the fact Meep will go to the sims to warn the sim owner/owners about her.

        We’d given her a chance on a sim that considered pre-banning and there were no “insane” issues beyond people coming to warn us about her due to the Meep situation.

        This had actually been a sim Meep had gone to and had been reported for publicly harassing Avery. There were gyazos of the situation but I’m not sure if I can find them as this was 2019/2020.

        I’ve dealt with people who have done far worse things and they’ve been allowed to stay on sims. That includes active doxing, stalking, sexual harassment and more.

        I feel like calling Avery a unique type of insane isn’t completely correct when someone has an active “witch hunt” against them. It’s what I personally dealt with as a sim moderator but everyone has their own experiences of people. I didn’t have a bad one across the board and she was with us for a few months and had been helpful regarding plot events and lore.

        By no means am I trying to say you’re incorrect. I’m just speaking of my personal experience and that of a few others I’ve spoken to regarding her.

        Everyone has their experiences whether it be positive or negative. I just haven’t had a bad one with her and I’ve seen her across sims for a well over a year.

      • I’m glad she hasn’t caused you issues, that’s in part due to the fact she’s also been trying to lay low for the last year because of her issues with non-rp related SL users and businesses.

        She has been banned off a great number of Sims prior and it’s not all related to Verinne (Meep). There are a number of instances where she causes issues or inserts herself into ongoing issues on a sim then takes things too far when people become reactive to her. She usually gets warned a number of times then eventually banned. Once this happens she harasses staff to talk to keep talking to her about it in the goal of reversing it even after they tell her no (if she’s not already banned at this point, this is usually what finalizes it). These things have even happened before Sims have formally opened and she’d been around for the pre-opening process. I’ve been present for many of the instances where this has happened and told about others.

        She herself stalks and harasses individuals she has a beef with, including doxxing, lying, posting about them on here, and using alts to try to create divides between people (I’d go as far to say she has ‘witch hunts’ for a handful of other people she can’t stop letting live in her head rent-free).

        That’s not to say Verinne is a model citizen. She’s a different kind of bad business and I’m not a fan of hers either and she’s done some pretty shitty things. But suffice to say I’m nearly 95% sure Avery created that secret and this is just her doing what she usually does and will not stop doing because she refuses to accept accountability for her actions or if she “tries to” she has to damage others in the process of it. She is incapable of changing her behavior, or at least she keeps demonstrating that.

        I’m genuinely happy you’ve not had a problem with her though. I wouldn’t wish it on anyone or their sim and I hope your good fortune in this continues. I just wanted to explain why I called it what I had.

      • They really sound as bad as each other and almost sound similar with the way you’ve described Avery. It’s similar to things I’ve heard about Meep and personally seen the behaviour of. Haha.

        As I was a mod on a sim that involved the account the account that Meep is accusing of being a bought alt. It was proven that the account in question was another person because there had been metagaming concerns (giving yourself information on an alt) and we had to get them in voice to prove they were different people. I know this had to be done with other “alts” they has been accused of. When the account was handed over we were informed of it which I thought was respectful. I think this happened a few months ago. Not entirely sure of the exact date. I think it was a few months ago without looking for logs.

        I won’t say much else on it. I don’t really pay much attention to this but it was brought up in a chat and similar, I just pointed out what I know. I’ve heard of the things Avery has done but all the things I dealt with in regards to her has generally revolved around Meep.

        The last few sims I’ve heard positive things about her. I’m sorry you’ve had bad experiences and others have. I do honestly believe people can change if given the chance and I have at least been able to see a positive side of things.

        Everyone has their good and bad experiences. I can’t speak on the making secrets and the like because I don’t believe it’s ever been proven that they’re made by either Avery or Meep. Assumptions can be terrible so I go by proof. Just easier.

        I guess I can be considered biased because I do feel as though Meep is causing issues and have witnessed them. I actually find the tracking she does of Avery to be a little bit obsessive and creepy. I’ve also witnessed the public attacks at RP sims and been disclosed logs of people who had reported her.

        Its good to have a discussion that doesn’t rupture into uncanny insults or stupid things like that.

      • No reason to insult anyone for sharing their experiences. If people need to do that then they’re much more insecure about what they’re putting forward than needed. You too right, they’re both similar in their vices and their affinity to turn the immediate space around them into drama zones.

        People do have the ability to change, but my outlook on this particular situation is jaded since the opportunity to do so has been present or offered many times and each time it doesn’t happen. It’s to the point where you can almost predict the flow of conversation with her any time you see a log or get to witness it in person.

        There are people who have quit SL because of Avery’s behavior and some who can’t operate in SL normally for fear of dealing with her. I’m sure Verinne has done/does similar tactics to her (0 doubts here), but for Avery to try and cry about it is ridiculous when she is responsible for the exact same thing.

        I hope you can be a positive influence on her if you two are that familiar. From your posts you sound like a good person. I’d just caution you to take what she says with a grain of salt, and no matter what, keep a sharp ear for any sign of betrayal. One of the things that seems to be a universal complaint is her inclination to throw people under the bus when she thinks it might help her when she’s in a jam. She’s done it to close friends (even people who were defending her) and people she was distantly friendly with. She’s also done it to people she doesn’t know at all. You’ll know it’s happening if she’s in defense mode about something and the first thing she brings up is another person and what they do (“well I did this, but this [person/player] did this and that’s worse!”), even if it does nothing to help her case, she can’t resist. Just be cautious.

        I’d honestly recommend staying out of it entirely. Let the two of them figure it out and make eachother miserable since it doesn’t seem to end when other people become involved. The quicker everyone sends them the message “we’re tired of your shit and nobody wants to drink any more of the salt water you’re peddling” the better.
