  15. 24 – This is laughable, Latte is one of the nicest people I’ve ever met on SL, she’s always happy to help, always gets back to people if she’s busy. One time I went there with a group of friends and she gave us a bunch of freebies and we were walking around the store in Hot Dog costumes. Junk Food is literally the best store on SL, kind owners with good hearts. You should’ve approached the situation a little more politely, you were in the wrong, not Latte.

    Neither mimi nor Pari were fired from FMD, they left ( QUIT) for their own professional and personal reasons (which are very good and understandable). Bella region banned them on her own agenda, assuming they would pick up all of their work. Which is not something I believe either one of them would do. If they do not want to be connected to FMD anymore, I can respect that.

    mimi did not steal anything! She worked hard for months for free trying to put together DJs, and host, which Bella continuously kept firing amongst other things.. mimi simply picked up 3 of her dance pose balls that she temporarily allowed Bella to use till she got her own, to be kind. Once mimi decided to quit Bella banned her and tried not to let her get her dance pose balls back which I am certain were very expensive, because we all know that can get costly. however Bella did eventually pay mimi 20k for her time, I am not sure if that is reasonable for 2 months worth of work and headache, but that’s SL for you.

    Both mimi and Pari have full respect for the people that they worked with and built professional relationships with.

    FMD is drama and always will be drama..

    Bella seems to like commenting on here with multiple accounts making her seem like a victim.
    That is a shame.

    People are now finally payed for their time… the drama is over, let mimi and Pari move on and Bella can run her establishment however she wants too. I don’t blame them from wanting to disconnect themselves for FMD. Good luck to all.

    • It sucked. One of our group members was banned because an admin didn’t like her and we ended up just avoiding the sim because of it.   24. Oh good grief – another person who didn’t bother to read the NC that comes with the Lelutka Evo X heads…. In the hud, there’s a button that you can click that says “Classic”. You can then wear your Evo skins and hairbases, like I am right this second. Read the dang manual before you complain.

    Regarding Catwa crashing the marketplace – no, Catwa didn’t crash marketplace. All of you people logging in the second it was listed crashed marketplace. Obviously, there was an issue with the server that marketplace sits on having to accommodate that much traffic at once – it probably looked a lot like a DDOS attack, I would imagine. Whether you like Catwa or not, she has a right to list items on marketplace. Y’all would still be bitching if she had just put it out on her sim and you couldn’t get there. After the marketplace went down, she went out and rented 4 sims for an item that was only supposed to be up for 24 hours at that price, to give as many people a chance to get in, as possible. And before anyone wants to say I’m just another Catwa groupie – nope, I wear Lelutka. I just happen to know a bit about how the internet works.

He does not do the work, he outsources it, even if he purchases the meshes, he doesn’t make them, rig them or texture them. There’s nothing wrong with outsourcing at all, a lot of merchants in sl do. A lot purchase meshes too, and there’s nothing wrong with that, either. There is something wrong with claiming it’s your work, when it’s not, though.

      • 16-17 years old you can access regions and search results that have a General maturity rating.
      • 13-15 years old, you can access Second Life through an affiliated organization and will be restricted to the private estate of that organization. Only avatars approved by that organization will be able to enter these estates. You can’t use Second Life search or purchase items from the Marketplace.

Outfit seems fine, can’t go wrong with black and white, but it looks like a very warm (spring – flowers in background) so I imagine it will be a very sweaty day in that outfit. Slightly wonky pose and not the best cropping

    Top right: Such a brigh image and so much going on. The background looks to be too large.

    Bottom left: Seems fine, if a slightly awkward pose. The flowers don’t make sense.

    Bottom right: Way too much blur. If you want to see some nice pool pics, google Slim Aarons. The avatar on the right is an insult to all women. The ice-cream has a higher IQ than both those avatars combined.

    Top left: Again, another rum outfit for…the desert! I don’t know why you put this in the desert when you blurred it. If you want to use such a backdrop use it, don’t blur it. I think, given she’s in a black outfit, the background is totally wrong.

    Top right: better colours, but again the background looks too big. Also you have a sign in the background, but don’t let it reavel, it looks odd.

    Bottom left: Seems fine. better use of the pose.

    Bottom right: this one seems better, less blur. Annoying expression on the right, especially as the one on the left seems very self assured. A much nicer angle.

You do know that Evo X comes with a Classic button, so you can wear all your skins that you own for Evo on that head, or did you not read the instructions on the head or research it even a lil bit.. however you are right you cannot mix and match on the hairbases, for Evo and Evo X thats why lelutka gave you a huge folder with tons of really nice hairbases with each Evo X head. But if you want to stay with your Evo look just click the Classic button, whalapeanutbutter sammich, you’re good to go.

    • I want to use the head that was NEW at Christmas. I don’t like the new heads after spending a week adjusting them, they just aren’t my thing. I spent a ton of Lilly and Sasha and I want to make sure more releases are supported for them.

      • Then use the head that was new at Christmas! No one is forcing you to buy the new heads, and there’s tons of stuff out there for Lel Evo already. Its not that hard.

      • Stay with Evo. There’s a lot of content there for you to use that already exists. It really stinks they pulled this Evo X business (and you BET that Classic button will be poofing eventually, I was told even in classic mode things won’t ‘look right’ and I should be using Evo X if I have an Evo X head too) but luckily, you’re gonna find a lot of BoM that’s going to work on Evo just fine. Missing out on new releases.. yeah that’s crap.. but a lot of it is going to be the same stuff already out just now for Evo X because it has to be redone.

      • Not sure who said EVO stuff doesn’t look right with the Classic button – I am using a Pumec EVO skin (Bom) via classic and it looks fine?

      • It was a CSR/Mod. I’m not buying an Evo X head because I’m still real happy with my Evo heads but when I asked about the classic mode – I did get told it won’t “look right” as it wasn’t made for Evo X heads (same as they told us not to use non-Evo BoM skins on Evo heads because they “won’t look right”. I was told that when I got my first Evo head, “Don’t use your Origins skins or the same skins you used before – they’ll look bad”) and I should really “go with progress” and only use Evo X on Evo X.

        I can’t confirm if that’s the case but since it came from LeL, it’s either true or that’s the narrative they want to push.

      • I kind of doubt a CSR told you not to use Evo items on Evo X heads if using Classic toggle. The Classic toggle is the same map as Evo and there is plenty coming out for Evo X. Also both are going to be supported, Classic button is not being removed and she plans do both Evo and Evo X head new releases in future. More than likely you had a misunderstanding. Evo won’t Evox in Evo X mode .. it 100% fits in classic per normal.

        But as another said, no ones says have to. The evo X features are being updated as an option in Evolutions head. The HD skin will not be as yet they are waiting see response to current line with it and support. So debate is actually on EvoX HD skin or no …You got wires crossed somewhere

      • Checked my chat logs. It was a CSR/Mod and I’m paraphrasing here, they did say to not expect BoM items to look correct on an Evo X head even in classic mode. Mulling on it, they might have meant because they aren’t HD.

      1. You stay with classic mode:
      2. Creators try to adapt and create completely different UV Maps (Some of which the creators are finding harder to do) to maintain both:
      3. Evo Head
      4. Evo X Head

      b. Creators realize that making the Evo X is Harder:
      i. They continue to only make Evo Head appliers because the cost-benefit is small.
      ii. They stop making Evo Head because even though it is simpler, they are getting more cost benefit from the newer model (which is usually how it goes).

      1. You go to Evo X.

      You buy a 4k head with the following features: 20 = 4,000/20 = means you are paying X amount per feature.
      You can only use 15 of these features because of the limitations aka you go to Classic Mode = 4,000/15 = means you are paying MORE for the Y amount of features which are less.

      Now, you may not agree with the sentiment of the people complaining about the new Lelutka headline that spawned just two months after they released two heads for their older line which cost 3k-4k. But empathize, I know you lot don’t considering all of you suffer from Trumpism.

      For instance:
      Someone that has bought the Lake head, may actually not find the move to Evo X even if they only use the Classic mode as a problem.

      However, someone that bought one of their newer models. Expected to get the newer features in line. Not an obsolete head within the span of three weeks-8 weeks. With the fear that of the above outcomes, the one where the creators shift from supporting and creating Evo applies now changes to Evo X. Which by the way, is the very reason why so many women in SL opted to go for Catwa rather than Lelutka, Genesis, and/or Akeruka. Or why women opted to go for Maitreya over Slink if they preferred that one.

      And by the way, this same complaint, has been made toward RL brands that have a legion of sycophants that just follow along and buy their newest shit regardless of whether it really is a technological improvement at all. Since many of these quick developments come with countless bugs and defects.

      Now, I’ve spoken to a few creators. And from their conversations they are actually not sure they like the Evo X, because the UV Map is much more complex than their previous one to work with. So this may as well backfire on Lelutka for not investing in creating a method similar to Catwa’s new HDPro to work with both older, and newer stuff. Which I’m sure can be done. It’s just weather they have technological knowledge in order to do it.

      • Your entire argument is ridiculous. I don’t know who you know, creator-wise, but I know several creators who are well known for skins and they’re not having a problem evolving to Evo-X at all and are still going to create content for both Evo & Evo-X.

        Most women are NOT in fact switching to Catwa, they just wanted the free head.

        Telling people that they suffer from Trumpism because they disagree with you or are suggesting things that you don’t want to hear is not a smart move.

        NO ONE is forced into buying the new heads. Evo is not going anywhere, and neither will Evo-X as long as there are creators willing to make things for it (and there are, on both sides of the coin). So basically, all you have is a nasty ass attitude and speculation AT BEST.

        Actually eventually everyone that wants to go for a Lelutka product will have to go for Evo X. Because that’s their new line of heads. The fact that they are upgrading their old ones to Evo X suggest it so. You may not have to use the Evo X option, but when more creators due to laziness (as they did with Maitreya and Catwa) go for Evo X rather than Evo if they actually like it better, the less people find in Evo and the more they are socially pressured to go for the Evo X. Which is the main goal.

        None of you have realized this is to create exclusivity in their heads lol. Before you could have a skin from an older Lelutka Evo Head line, and it worked with your new Evo head. The same as you could have a skin that you really liked and with tweaking from let’s say Izzie’s line you could use it in your new head. You will only have that for the time being. Because once you want to get the new “Materials” you will be suckered into buying a custom face applier/BOM layer specifically made for this one. Which means you can’t use it in another head. So you will have to spend more. It is the end goal of these creators.

        So continue on claiming you have no clue about any of my logic. I’m sure you don’t care because you are defending Evo X and will claim anyone that contradicts and provides their opinion is wrong. Or that people that had their older heads are out of luck “tough it out”, use the classic yada yada.

      • I also wanna point out – LeL has lied to users before too.

        They promised Origins WOULD be updated to Evo, remember that? Remember being told Origin users could expect an update to their favorite heads? They decided that six months after telling people it was in the works, it wasn’t happening.

        When I got an Evo head, I was told not to use my old Origins skins. Evo heads had to have Evo skins and Evo make up only. This came from a CSR and was posted it in chat repeatedly when Lilly was given out. Experimentation showed that Evo heads could use things not made for them and look fine, it depended on the make up and skin.

        Now they are saying all Evo heads will be updated to Evo X. There are still Evo heads that haven’t even been updated to the current Evo features. Who wants to bet they’ll never be? Who wants to bet only the last few Evo heads will get the Evo X update? Who wants to bet the first update Evo X gets is removal of the “classic” option?

        This is why I’m telling people that if they like their Evo look, stay with it. Don’t chase the shiny, don’t be pressured into dumping more and more money into a look that promises to be obsolete in 6 months… and if you do, oh my god learn to make a shape because the horror show of these realistic to the extreme heads on silly putty shaped bodies is nightmare fuel.

This is the first I’m hearing they dropped that ball. However, I guess we shouldn’t be shocked when any business chooses profits from new purchases over appreciating their existing customers.

I just refuse to go for marketing gimmicks. Because of a creator that didn’t want to at least wait about 6 months to market a new head line that will replace the mechanics, and technology of their older one.

        And for the record, Where were you these last five years? You were living under a rock I suppose. Catwa was leading the market when Mesh came out and Genesis Lab went on the back burner. Where were you? Most women felt pressured into either getting a Catya or one of their newer models. As we most of my friends that ended up getting Kathy, and several other Pre-Bento and Bento Catwa heads. It wasn’t something that was a complete choice. Women went for it, because they had countless appliers in fairs, and in stores while the other brands INCLUDING Lelutka and Akeruka were badly supported if at all. The same goes for Maitreya over Slink, and Belleza. In fact there’s been countless Virtual Secrets, and SL discussions about all of this. I guess you didn’t quite understand how the market pressured people to choose the brands that were leading the market in order to get better support and more product selection. Catwa was leading until Genus and Lelutka brought the new heads out with BOM; and the materials. Which means people saw more options on them. Again, where were you?

Lol. We were complaining about 1024 resolution textures and now we have them in faces. LOL.         This is a waste of SL money. A company decides to optimize their line by establishing a new one just two months after releasing their last head from the previous line. Meaning all the poor imbeciles that bought those heads and wanted support for them for at least 6 months are going to see the slow phase out. So why bother getting that head or any, if you know the creator can just move to a new line in less than a quarter of a year. Which means that you now have to live in egg shells.

        Because to all of you here, tell me which creator still makes new items for the original Lelutka Bento heads. Or the original Catwa Bento heads. Once a creator goes for the new head line, and it becomes the primary one for the line, all previous heads move to just “old” status and no one bothers creating for them. This may actually be the first exception, if people do actually find it ridiculous and too early on. But knowing just how easily women are coerced in rl into new products even if it’s the same thing in a new packaging (and I say this as a woman myself), I’d not be surprised. We are easily gimmicked because we cave to social pressure and looking “good” for the other friends.

    • They changed the UV maps on entire character models in games to support enhanced editions of games, it’s easy in SL.I don’t want skin I can see pores on, it took me 8 months to find a skin after trial and error of 100s and I’m not switching anything. Honestly, my friend has the new head with the new skin for that head and it doesn’t look better on a 4k monitor. Some people like the imperfections and scars and all that but some of us don’t even have that in RL so I don’t want it on a head. Lelutka cash grab and they still aren’t even the best at making the base model. A lot to learn still which is probably why they are too clueless to make the evox feature work with existing heads that aren’t even 4-5 months old. THey retire their heads as fast as Activision retires their COD games and no one likes that. It’s BS. I’ll never understand you people that throw yourself in front of bullets for a store that doesn’t give a fuck about you, and I’ve probably spent 10x more at that store than most of you.

      • A few things – I have the new head and skins, and I can see a big difference on my monitor. AGAIN … you can click the Classic button in the hud and use your skin that you have now. Lastly, they announced that all of the EVO heads will be updated to EVO X.

      • As I said. I have great monitors, 2080 RTX. My opinion, which is valid, is that it is not that much different. It’s just a slight improvement and they could have held it off to really advance the technology before releasing it with more than just slightly better skin textures. Which most avatars will not see.

        (Keeping in mind I am comparing a Lelutka Lake/Sasha that was released around January 20th of this same year; with Evo X)

      • Last I checked, a 2080 RTX is an NVidia GRAPHICS CARD … not a monitor. Just sayin’. I have the same card, actually. With a really nice Samsung huge monitor. My opinion is also valid. Its way different.

        I don’t understand the want to be hyper-realistic in a game that isn’t hyper-realistic. I think LeL reached the level of realism I’m comfy with at Evo. I don’t want to feel like I’m looking at a real person, it’s creepy to be able to see detailed pores and strips out the fantasy of SL for me. I’m all for nicer textures but it’d be awesome if that was used to make beautiful fantasy things instead of.. pores and veins. What makes it worse are the shapes people use are absolutely unreal and awful.. so let me just give you nightmares by making you picture a hyper realistic Evo X head on a body with t rex arms, a thigh gap bigger than this text box, and 8 feet tall because the leg slider is at 100.

        Now I’m gonna bring up the elephant in the room…. none of the current bodies use this new UV map with it’s detailed textures (causing a miss-match for those picky enough to look that close) meaning either
        #1 they have no plan to
        #2 they will adopt it and ALL current BoM will become useless
        #3 it’ll be an option in new updates

        Now add in that I suspect Catwa, Genus, and LOGO may do their own UV maps too (they can’t just use LeL’s) which is gonna lead to brand loyalty and being locked in to certain content… which is what BoM was supposed to not be.

        Ugh…

      • Oh one will. Legacy X. And it is all a plan and a collaboration to create exclusivity. Where if you want to look a specific way you need to buy specific skins only for that head or that particular body. If you change the head, you no longer can carry that BOM layer or Applier to the new one. (Maybe they allow you to use Applier). Which means that the whole benefit of BOM is thrown out the window, because of greed. Which probably was a result of 2020 being a bad year in sales (I’d be curious to analyze this if I could).

      • I had heard rumors a body was going to do it. It doesn’t surprise me it’s Legacy. TMP has a bad history so I’ve kept far away from Legacy on my adult avatar. I’m sure they’ll also say “You can continue to use classic :)” to anyone upset by it.

        I feel like I gotta clarify why this sucks to everyone going “LOL PROGRESS”. The whole point of going backwards to again use tattoo layers (BoM) and system layers was to open up content to every LLUV item, eliminate lag by ditching omega scripts and omega layers, and allow more freedom in customization. By changing the UV and making all BoM useless EXCEPT the specific LeL UV BoM, it’s like brand specific appliers all over again.

        Stick with your Evo heads. They look fine. 90% of SL users don’t want to see your pores and veins.

    • I didn’t see it all but the stuff I did see it was more people complaining about her crashing Marketplace really, lots of people were annoyed she completely fucked it up. Which to be fair she did, she should really have known better we all know how crazy buggy Marketplace is on a good day never mind when someone bogs it down with 100’s of people trying to grab a freebie at the same time. She overloaded the system and boom it crashed, honestly she should have known better but then again this is Catwa we talking about, she’s never thought about anyone other than herself.

      • When Logo and Lelutka did gifts, they did it inworld, and people were screaming about not getting into the sims, and they wanted it on marketplace. Catwa put it on MP, none of us know otherwise, but as far as I’m concerned, she did what the people wanted. As Blueberry stated, Catwa pays her MP fees like any other creator, why shouldn’t she use it? It isn’t up to Catwa to ensure the site can cope, and Soft Linden even said it was a good test of the system.

        Its not about the head, It is about the fact that Catwa, overloaded the marketplace servers, there are hundreds of SL creators and stores on marketplace, not all of them have a inworld store this is their source of income.

        She created a situation which a bottleneck occurred and that ended up with you not being able buy anything, not just the Queen Head, but every purchase timed out repeatedly.

        There is always going to be a mad rush for a free item especially something like a head, but it could have been avoided, with a longer time frame, and placed both in world and on marketplace. Even in world Catwa placed a building with the vendors inside and everyone tped in on top of each other, why not spread them out in a empty plot say 3 meters apart, around the edge of the sim, without landing point in the middle, let people walk over to the vendors without crush point at the forced landing point.

        To me, it feels intentional, Catwa has been loosing market share rapidly over the last 18 months, She needed to bring her brand back into the public eye (which this has done) and you know what they say.. all attention is good, never mind how you get it.

      First of Lelutka had 2 free heads up for a full month over Christmas for both male and female avatars, which also had 4 locations to grab it.

      Genus also has a free gift out as well which last time I looked which was a few weeks back mind but was still available.

      Let’s not forget as well that Lelutka permanently lowered her prices, you can now get one of her bento heads for less than 4k, meanwhile Catwa is charging nearly 6k for her shitty releases.

      She’s basically trying to make herself relevant again and quite frankly she ended up pissing off more people than endearing us to her lol. So yeah good work Catwa!

      • OK, tied with Lelutka because of the male head- but we both know the people crying aren’t running male avatars, and only Catwa has given away 2 different full featured female heads in the past year. That other stuff is irrelevant to my comment, because I didn’t say her prices are good or that she made the gifts available for longer, only that she’s offered more. My point is she gave people what they asked for, and they still found reasons to bitch and moan.

      • Only one of AK’s free heads in the last year was their most updated model. The rest are old, some have been sitting out as group gifts for years.

      • What other fully functional free head, I don’t remember any other free head they gave, she either must have kept that one very very quiet or people just were not that interested because I don’t remember any of this. The other points were to show how generous the other creators are. This is simply put why people prefer Lelutka and Genus because they are generous, they listen to their customer base, all Catwa is interested in is dollar signs.

      • Catwa’s been in the game for a while and has a plethora of mesh heads while Genus only has a few. The fact that genus gave away a fully functional mesh head that honestly didn’t look half bad and was fully compatible with the HUD is incredibly generous of genus. I believe they also lowered their prices after the DMCA.

      • I never said it was a new gift, the gift was given a long time ago yes but it’s still available for people to get. Which is still better than any 48hour gift in my book. As for a shitty hot mess well I never had any problems with the head, I was able to use it fine as well as shape it wonderfully. Same can’t be said for any of Catwa’s heads honestly, those now are a hot mess.

      • Catwa did another bento head ages ago, Lily, so thats 3 bento heads she has gifted. So people don’t like the time limit she had, but that means that not everyone and their mother has the Queen head, unlike the Lelutka Lilly and Genus gifts, which everyone has.

    • I stopped buying anything Catwa because a few years ago, around Xmas, she was selling these candy canes. I was with a friend, and we both bought them, after we opened them up, they were just pure white with zero textures. We realized you had to pay another 250 for textures. Who puts out a candy cane with no textures????? I could give a rats ass about any of her free gifts. No thank you.
