  7. 25- For anything related textures, such as skins makeups etc. a 3rd party viewer is not needed. every texture you load to cache is saved direct to your computer and easily seen, saved and used. Have issues doing this? Then just use the built in XML exporter which gives you the UUID of every single texture in a print out. yeps 100% be fully done and stolen right from only using SL official viewer

    • We totally used to do this when Lola’s first came out so our clothes would fit around them. Everything your avatar sees in SL is saved to your PC like you said and can be accessed any time you want and you can totally use those textures for anything you want. I forget how to do it now but is it really only the official viewer that does that? Cos I’m sure I was using Firestorm back in the day when I was accessing the textures for my clothes…

As someone who has worked in customer service I can tell you the amount of people I’ve known who can put on a amazing front and couldn’t do enough for a customer who’d then turn around and talk shit about the same customer once they’ve gone to another staff member.

    • I’ve found many items I have bought from creators on the Builders page on MP for anyone to use once the creator has finished with them. Hell, half of my inventory has most items from MP, it’s not a close kept secret. It surprised me at first and then thought hell, why not make some extra money off the template if you want to! A lot of Gacha creators use exactly the same templates as each other as well and just texture them differently with a different theme. It’s not like they’re never going to get bought. It’s not so much the clothes mind you but furniture and nick nack items I’m talking about. I personally don’t give a fuck and I’m not sure why other people do?

    • Honestly as someone who is a friend with a few designers, I’ve seen just how she talks about the people who buy from her, her own personal bloggers and even other designers. The girl has delusions seriously. She’s said privately too a friend of mine how a couple of well know designers are copying her, I mean she wouldn’t say it publicly because she’d get laughed out the door.
