#24 I have known DATRIP for years and can honestly say he is an asshole on a personal level and even he will even admit that. I am not his friend and have nothing to do with him or his brand and am not here to defend him as a person but I am here to defend him for what he has created for many in this game over the years because I personally know how hard he has worked. Datrip is one of the very first designers in SL to design great men’s clothing. Men did not even have cool pants in SL until Datrip made them in 2009. He is extraordinarily talented – everyone knows this. He creates all his own mesh,textures and designs. He is the BEST and I believe the only successful UNISEX designer in SL. He has one of the biggest stores in SL and is continuously bombarded with requests. When he has time and available he ALWAYS goes out of his way to help customers. He has created thousands of items – almost 3000 actively listed on marketplace alone. He has worked harder than any designer I know in this game ALONE to achieve what he has. He is so focused when he works that he most likely did not notice your message. He supports new fairs, businesses, clubs and charities and people. The amount of clothing he has given away to people is probably as much as he has sold. His brand and designs and quality have been nothing but consistent in style. Boyberry has always sucked. Not only the quality of their clothing, but the way they also use trademark symbols (see their Halloween costumes) and somehow get into events.. Dead ones of course, but still.
Also the owner is an outrageous prick that’s an admin at the popular London sim. If you’re trying to have a civil conversation about a topic in group chat, instead of just dropping it or changing subject if it offends him, he will just straight eject and ban. “I don’t take kindly to those kinds of things.” When everyone around him was open minded and having a healthy conversation he came in with the ban hammer like some sort of god complex.
He’s truly one of the creators I wish he’d stop making stuff. Or cutting corners.

9.) Personally I love CC regardless. Every sim has ups and downs. I think a lot of us were baffled at the most recent mod choices but as long as they stay out of my way, I don’t put much thought into it. No problems with anyone with the last name Knight though. Fox Hollow is better but the old CC people there are just as bad and I would recommend avoiding them if you move

I won’t say her name here but the moderator who is a teenager in RP was a questionable choice. Not because she RPS as a teen but for the reasons you listed. I just keep away from her.

Sounds like something that requires a shape doesn’t belong in a gacha machine then; how are people supposed to trade when part of the item isn’t transfer? The creator is still fucking up, trying to make a gacha cash grab on an item that can’t be fully traded, which the whole point of gachas from a customer’s point of view.

3. Careful. You’re going to bring out the Lelutka lovers and their tech support by the swarms to call you all kinds of unsavory things. I’ve had this problem too. If you search through the SL help forums, there’s a few people asking for solutions. That might help. Using the applier hairbase instead of the Bom one solves the problem entirely but with Lelutka that’s not an option. It happened with every hairbase and I’m on a good PC and I play on Ultra. I don’t think it’s a Lelutka problem though. It’s probably how the hairbases are being created. I stopped wearing hairbases and buy from hair creators that have nice hairlines already, like Tram. I didn’t know that there were half hairbases out there. Might try it
True, it’s not the head but the people making the hairbase. I have plenty of hairbases that don’t bleed through the neck like that. A lot of older ones too that weren’t specifically made for any mesh heads.

#10: A-fucking-men. I know there’s a workaround for the dinosaur stores who can’t create a HUD delivery package (or refuse to pay someone to script one for them), but it’s 2020. Boxes that have to be rezzed is so 2008. #12: Agreed. There is a certain build that many stores are using, and it’s a freaking nightmare. I especially hate this build when a sim has a forced landing point nowhere near the store I’m trying to find (looking at you, Luas). There are so many damn front doors, it’s impossible to tell which door is the front door. I also hate the clothing stores that look like Costco. What do you think people are going to make for such a specific theme? You are lucky creators even joined that theme and made something. POTO is such a specific theme, the only thing they can really make that fit are masks. At least they tried.
I love how you shit on Enchantment, but yet when it comes to other events they get a pass? I can understand that some of the items at Enchantment weren’t up to your standards, but guess what if you felt that strongly about the event DON’T.FUCKING.SHOP.THERE. I am pretty sure Enchantment will continue on without you and those that have problems with those items and most of the items you are picking at are really neat and every event that has been around has had items that while even on theme were still not quite up to par. So get over yourself.
Itty Bitty designers can put up an older release that’s been updated for petite/perky/flat chest bodies (usually at a discount, too) They don’t have to do brand new exclusives. 🙂
