      • Well to answer this my friend passed away about 11 years ago. Her FB account started popping up playing Mafia Wars and Farmville. Turns out her son was using it for the games. But when he realized how it looked he turned off all the announcements. Also, having just gone through some of this for another friend, you can pass along survivorship of a social media account. It takes some time and some paperwork but it can be done. I’m not sayin this is the case here….just throwing out some info

I usually don’t do this type of posts because I stay out of the drama, but this feels kinda personal since I’m the one hiring the girls and taking care of them through their Trainee Phase and further.       • I have said it many times, i believe LL staff are involved in copybotting content and selling them for side money. I was told it was a stretch. However I have worked on good number of projects, and I honestly believe it is happening. That’s why it has not been resolved. I don’t think it’s happening at CEO level, but I’m confident employees lower down the chain are doing it as they have a lot more access than a general user does.

        As far as Entice goes, they are liars, thieves, and what gets me frustrated more than anything else is the fact they are actually part of groups who are made to stop this shit from happening. The post they made, they purposely only made it available to their followers and friends on facebook so no one else can respond. They are deleting the additional content we found since, not providing any evidence or explanation, just blocking, deleting and preventing people from speaking up. However it doesn’t take that much effort on my part to post the screen shots once a week and remind everyone.

In Entice’s case they are involved with events such as WLRP, and they are part of all sorts of groups made of event owners to prevent content theft.       • The sad part is a lot of Daz creators don’t know that their products are being bought from the DAZ and Renderosity mp and being used for profit on second life. I think Daz creators need to be informed about their products being used. A lot of DAZ creators sell their products, but you are only allowed to use them for personal use meaning you cannot put them on SL MP or in any event and sell. You would actually need a commercial license from DAZ to do that, which is supposed to split the profits between the original creator and the ones using the product for profit reasons. Most if not all DAZ creators do not allow their products to be uploaded on second life anyways. And Linden LAB knows this and doesn’t really do shit about it. Even when there is evidence in similarities in the product. But it’s really up to the daz creators to put their foot down. Or all the creations that they profit from by posting on Renderosity and DAZ mp… they will lose those profits.

        Because people will be able to upload them elsewhere for free or a lesser price without abiding by the TOS( they do have a TOS for DAZ products). This is not something to just sweep under the rug.. this is a serious issue in SL. Until DAZ creators report it to DAZ and DAZ sues linden labs.. they won’t crack down on this.. and the DMCAs are useless. I’ll explain why the DMCA is useless. Because DAZ products cannot be uploaded onto the second life period. HOWEVER, those who rig them are able to upload them into a program and change the format so that it can be uploaded into sL which explains why the quality is shitty on second life. I don’t know who program the riggers are using to change the format.. most might know anyways. You can tell if the product is quality sl creator mesh , or rigged from a video or 3d program that sL doesn’t support. The quality is shit, Sometimes!
