When my husband worked to fix bugs in SL (2007’s Bug Hunter of the Year from Linden Lab) someone unhinged wasn’t happy with what my husband had done and they threatened (on a listserv Lindens were on) to come burn our house down with us inside it.

We are friends and continue to work on our relationship, but at this time we are not a couple. Over the past few days many accusations were posted both here and on other sites. I have refrained from posting to the rumor mill as it only breeds contempt and I do not wish to participate in such trivial cruelty and will not be pulled into it. I will admit that I was led to believe that some of those postings were penned by Juels and have discovered that that was completely false. I would like to sincerely apologize to her publicly for even thinking that she would have been involved in that nonsense. Juels, I know you had nothing to do with the inflammatory and defaming comments made about me and I apologize for ever thinking that you were. I hope that you will accept my apology, so that we can move past all of this.
    Moving forward, Juels and I are FRIENDS. If it turns back into something more, that is our business not that of everyone in the world. If you can be an adult and accept that, awesome! keep coming around. If you can’t and want to cause drama and start issues, stay away. How do the ropes attach to the bar? Look at the top row of tufting, the size of the backing, the configuration of the pillows, the top blanket, the size of the buttons in the tufts, etc (on the bed). Maybe you don’t realize how hard it would be to turn the purchased one into the Dustbunny/Truth version, and how much simpler it would be to just make your own version. It’s entirely possible in both cases that the creator saw those meshes for sale and decided to create something similar. You don’t have to like that, you don’t have to buy it, but there’s nothing ethically wrong with that. But they are not the same mesh. There are huge differences in the placement of the parts. And for what it’s worth, the texture is everything on that bed anyway.
