1) Never said I am ‘attractive’, well I am not ugly but no super model more average, I am however small/petite/midge/underdeveloped fetus (best one ever) in size.

#20 – I feel the same way 🙁 The reality was no where near what the ad pic showed, and I’m kicking myself for buying it without demoing. I tried multiple times to get the demo but because of lag, it wouldn’t ever show up and I finally just bought it.
Was one of the most jacked up looking things I’ve ever bought on SL, the size was bulky, every time I moved the mesh broke, and the decals weren’t even on the jacket. It looked nothing at all like the ad – I’m not even sure how they took the pic. My shape isn’t as extreme as the secret poster, my boobs are a lot smaller and it still did the same thing.
Will never buy from SEUL again that’s for sure.

You’re using your RL to defend yourself against the choices of who you chose to work for you in SL. I get the whole having children and needing to support them the best way you can. I’m a single mother and have raised mine on my own. However, the people that you choose to work for you on SL in your business, are apparently making bad choices and treating your customers badly. At least from what I read up there ^, if you don’t want to be on SL secrets about it, fix it. In the long run, your bad employees only result in lack of business. And if you truly are using Sl as a means to support your children and help with funds in RL, then all friendships aside on SL, it’s time to put priorities straight so that you don’t lose your source of income. But that’s just my opinion. Good luck with it all! 🙂

I have been in the chats with some of these entitled VIPs, the MODs and managers are always kind and professional. I have never seen anyone act out of hand toward a VIP. Izara is a generous creator, providing all kinds of gifts and promotions, when she does a gift it usually includes multiple appliers in multiple tones. If she chooses an Omega applier over a Lelutka applier for the month for example she makes make the Lelutka one available at a MASSIVELY reduced price, not for one tone but for all of them. People have become so damned entitled in SL they don’t see what they are really getting. If you don’t like what you’re getting you have the option to remove yourself.

Decision-making about items comes more from the quality of the pieces offered, and men really DON’T have a lot of great options in SL where mesh is concerned. Deadwool has some of the highest quality mesh pieces for men on the grid. Considering most of the truly talented creators choose to go after women’s pocketbooks, I highly doubt that your gripe about having to spend four seconds unpacking a demo is going to put a big dent in Deadwool sales. Healthy at any size isn’t an agenda. It’s a viewpoint that recognizes that some people’s weight runs at a higher baseline, and as long as they maintain a certain level of physical activity and their tests come out normal, they’re probably doing fine. It’s a valid, reasonable way of looking at the fact that most people who lose a large amount of weight do more damage than just managing their size and most of them gain the weight back within 5 years.

When I gained weight, people made fun of me. I’ve lost a hell of a lot of weight, got under 200lbs, and eat very healthy, people still make fun of me. You can’t win with these types, it’s something deep inside of them and has nothing to do with you. If they really cared, they’d know “haw haw you fat and I’m not” doesn’t help. Losing weight is a personal choice you make for you – not for anyone else.

Anxiety, depression, stress to name a few. But in those cases the medically recognised best treatment is healthy diet and exercise all of which i think youll find jobby is advocating. In the vast majority of cases fat people that go to their doctors about it are told to diet and exercise.. unfortunately a lot of them dont.. thats when axiety and depression set in. Granted sometimes its the other way round.. sometimes its depression that leads to obesity but again i think youll find those people too would be medically recommended to get some exercise along with appropriate therapy. If jobby was saying i dont like fat people cos they are ugly all of those hating on her might have valid points. But she isnt. Shes saying she doesnt like people that are so lazy that they become so fat it causes them to be a burden on society. You all just jumped on her use of potentially offensive terminology. Do you think that a man or woman who suffered years of abuse and being dealt a shit hand at life that might turn to food as a comfort want to be like that? This isn’t a black and white issue there is a whole gray area that you are not seeing. This applies to being underweight as well. Should we shame anorexic people for being compelled to puke after eating because they have body dysmorphia which is simply a mental disorder? This is a huge problem in the US and adds to health costs ect and is something a person does intentionally to themselves. Tho it really is not so simple as to just stop doing it. I read her comment and I didn’t for a second think she was commenting on people who are fat full stop (or period). Reading on she mentions exercise and healthy eating and also gives credit and respect to those that make efforts. I took the whole of what she said and construed it to mean she was talking about people who are fat because they “need to exercise more, eat healthily…” and yes “get their fat arses off SL”. She implicitly points to lack of exercise, unhealthy eating and sedentary lifestyle (ie spending hours at a time on SL). That is the only included information which anyone has to construct any kind of idea as to the cause of obesity that she is referring too. Granted I know her and so have more information to go on but in my humble opinion, people who don’t know her haven’t commented on what they have read.. They are commenting on their fears of what her motive and feelings behind what she has said might be. They are attacking her for what she didnt say but what they thought she meant. Yes there may be mean words in there, referring to peoples fat arses and triple chins but mean words are not necessarily untrue words and no one is bearing in mind that the post is put here out of context. It is itself a reaction to an attack on her for initially expressing an opinion. Aren’t we all a little mean when we are being attacked? If you think not re-read all the things that have been said about her in this thread by people that don’t even know her. As for tattoos, with respect to tattoo creators out there… every tattoo in SL, be it from Speakeasy, Reckless, Bolson, Endless Pain, Letis, I could go on and on, is in theory, “stolen” art. None of these tattoo creators draw them from scratch, from hand. I can guarantee you that. But it’s the stores that are often in the ‘limelight’ in SL, so-to-speak, that get this kind of attention every once in a while. And for all you know, it’s not stolen at all. Perhaps the tattoo creator contacted the person who drew the art, we don’t know.
What I do know is that based on the secrets about this particular designer (since there are 2 this week and one is focused on his relationship while the other is focused on his lack of ass, apparently his mesh boxers are a problem due to the package size, and hairbase that doesn’t match), someone is super salty. Probably a girl who got rejected. Which makes it all the less credible to me.

Well you are wrong on many counts, not all tattoo’s in sl are stolen art work. most are i grant you but there are a small handful of hand drawn tattoo’s out there. some really decent ones too its just that this stolen no talent shit over shadows them.

you are right about all those tattoo stores you mention all being art thieves though, every one! but does anyone care? no they all make a fortune from stealing someone elses work. it just pisses me off that you all condemn copybotters and skin thieves but this has been going on for .. well forever and no one gives a flying fuck .. hypocritical much.
Maybe if someone copybotted the tattoo and resold it then you might be outraged, its laughable!

FYI, not all creators who make body tattoos or designs use stolen art. I know of at least 2 designers who have hand drawn their tattoo/design creations because they are artists RL with a heavy emphasis in illustration work.
I was actually considering going into business with my brother in SL as he is a tattoo artist RL who owns their own shop. Distance and time really was the reason that didn’t pan out for the time being.. but regardless, it is still possible for original art or even legitimate artwork to be done in this field. Mind you I still do believe many of the ones I’ve seen have been in-world are using other people’s flash artwork, be it legitimate or not.
