  2. After seeing that Minuette and Vivienne changed their facebook names to bijou and Raevyn it was clear seeing they were feeling the panic from being outed. Then seeing Takashi’s recent post throwing them under the bus. yeah i was correct in pointing out many details they didnt add up. I do hope by now that the people that right away jumped on that bandwagon to throw Sammy to the wolves and trash her feel like utter shit for what they did to her.You all owe her an apology for joining in on this bullshit hurting an innocent person and warping everything the way you did.

      The people who cause friendships to end are you and Minuette. Sammy got caught in your crossfire for FOUR years. We’ve seen those receipts of you leading her on, pushing away and then reeling back in when you thought she might not give your ego a stroke. You pretended forn4 years to be her friend, you pretended to be someone and something you are not, and then at the first opportunity you stabbed her in the back and allowed everyone else to stone her.

      By the way, doesn’t need your help to look like a stupid fool. He’s been doing that all on his own for years.

      You didn’t need Takashi to look stupid either. You did that the moment you made your posts. And you didn’t keep it to one post, you all made multiple posts and multiple comments on those posts as well as the discord conversations talking about people involved.     There are people who are clamoring and celebrating on the eventual death of VS as we speak. I can only assume they’re the people who’ve been called out and would be more than happy to no longer be called out or exposed for their dramatic bullshit. Well, to them I say, the cat is already out of the bag there. So many people frequent here now that, there’s been good documentation on these people about how bad they are. About how they should not be interacted with or associated with.

    The only things we’ll be deprived of is the new shit you’ll figure out to do, to others. But we’re on to you and your shit.

    This is another reason I’m seeing cropped up about VS that people are saying. The only bullying and harassing that ever goes on, is the comments. There really is a number of very spiteful people who’ve got a bone to pick with someone, for arbitrary reasons only known to themselves or maybe not at all because they’re unloved bastards to have begun with.

    Tell me of a place where that doesn’t happen though on other walks of the internet. Should we prey on them too? Shut the internet down then! /s

    The other thing too, is that some of the people who are doing the bullying and harassing? They are some of the people that could be disguising themselves in the comments section who happen to be the very people who’ve been called out. Shit really does spread fast so it’s no surprise that they’d come here to defend themselves, hell, we’ve seen some people try and ‘clear their name’ only to make themselves worse off because they really are a piece of shit.

    It kind of goes hand in hand, you know? So yeah, the only people I’m pretty certain who are more than delighted to see VS go, are obviously the people who’ve been called out for their shit.

  8. I’m going to miss VS. I looked forward to reading it every Sunday for a good laugh. I never took any of the secrets too seriously just enjoyed them. I hope someone picks this up and if they do, please let us know where to find it.

  9. I’m going to miss the awkward oddity that is VS. I really thank it’s existence for having shown me the error of one’s ways for a couple of its articles. It was nice to also learn about of other problematic people that should serve by now, as a DO-NOT interact with list for anyone who has came here.

    Because I’ve gotten mine and I’m proud to say of all of the obscure and dramatic shit I’ve gotten into on my SL, that I haven’t nearly came close to the shitshow I’ve seen regularly posted here. I wonder if VS is going to go read-only mode or just shut down completely.

  11. 20- Its pretty incredible that when people go against this particular store they’re pointed at and told they’re too poor to afford Void’s items or are too dumb to understand them, either by fanboys and girls or the uptight admin team themselves. Just going through the admin replies in the store’s review section shows the god complex these people have. Yes, they make lovely stuff, no doubt about that, but man do these people suck ass at trying to connect to their fanbase. I’ve heard too many stories of other creators butting heads with these people, ex-moderators who have been treated like garbage, fragility amongst their admin team, and the many accounts of previous supports getting banned from their store and sim for literally dressing in theme to their products, creating inspired personal attachments or speaking out on the behaviours of the admin team. Not only recently did they take issue with yet ANOTHER creator. Magic Emerald called and wants their HUDs back. Get your head out of these creator’s asses. You are just another bank account to them. 

    • In the past, i’ve already tried to speak about them, several times, and always got my mouth shut by fanboys or just people who do like to defend them.

      They do are fucking as%%%les.
      The only work the owner of Void does, about theirs hud is the scripting. The rest is bought on the internet by packs (audio and textures), then quickly redonne on toshop and audacity. Dunno about the meshes and huds.

      When I did tried to join theirs staff as a moderator, one person of the team I was close with, sorta doxxed me. Out of the blue, when we were hanging out at my house in SL, they started talking about my personal flickr and why I stopped it despite having almost 700 followers (which is nothing), but also said the names I had previously before renaming.

      When I asked how they did knew that, I got told : “When LL announced that they would begin allowing name changes about 2 years ago, we got concerned that people that we knew, that had caused us trouble in the past, would begin to change their names. So we downloaded a database of all of the names of current avatars, along with their UUID. When anyone applies to be staff, we check their UUID to see their old name :p. And we searched your old name and found a deleted Flickr account with a lot of followers”

      They’ve done that, because they had problems with people in the past. But also, on theirs discord they do have a bot that does indicate who leaves and enters the sims. Paranoia to the max. While I do not have a problem with how they do manage theirs security and trolls in general.. I do have a problem on how it was adressed. It was rather intrusive, and quite disturbing.

      When I suggested to the owner to maybe promote theirs products on twitter, because the changes on Flickr weren’t good and the algorithm was acting weird (post not showing up despite having pro). They almost laughed at me, saying that they do not need that, that they do work with the “word of mouth” and that they did think that twitter is a “cesspool” and that they do have a deep hatred for social media. Nonetheless, a few weeks after I got kicked out, they followed my suggestions. Creating a twitter account and promoting theirs stuff on there.

      The owner always had something bad to say about me, my attitude. Nothing was great. Always trying to depict me as a bad person, or should I say “cockroach” (as they used to call me in private).

      In short : If they can use you, they will. If they can make fun of you, they will. You do are nothing. Just pure garbage and personal bank account. Or you’ll end up like me and many other, seen as a “cockroach” maybe.

They always seem to be the root of the issue whenever I’m told of a new or past incident. And the paranoia is mental — from spying on their customers through Void attachments, stealing data and the fact that they even have a script in place that boots you from looking at their development area, LMAO, it’s crazy. Desert, Raine, whatever you call yourself these days, no one’s gonna steal your ideas, hun. At least, nothing you haven’t stolen from others already.       • “Game” and “virtual platform with social features” are not mutually exclusive categories, SL can be and is both. It’s not a “game” in the sense that there’s no set objectives to achieve, but sandbox games like Garry’s Mod don’t either. SL is a sandbox game, every user has used the sandbox features to customize their avatar (even just picking a starter av is customization,) to build, to see the things other folks have made. Folks can use SL for years without ever interacting with anyone just by entertaining themselves with the build tools, but they can’t just interact with others and never touch the sandbox features. The “game” part of SL is what makes it different from something like Facebook.

      3.) Banlines only work so far up and then they stop. So people could still get on your property although just skyboxes.

        15 seconds is more than long enough for anyone with a decent machine and connection to rez anyone on the property, meaning that a security orb with a 15 second timer does literally nothing to keep creeps and stalkers from spying on people in their homes. People can assume anything they want from the location of the dots on the map- it takes coming inside the property lines to confirm when people have their parcel set up for privacy. That privacy is more important than anything you’re whining about; when you start paying their tier, you can make demands.

        Even if that wasn’t a problem anyone has, no one is obligated to give you access to anything they pay for in order to make things convenient for you. I don’t own property on mainland for many reasons that are mostly irrelevant to this topic, but not dealing with the ridiculous entitlement of people like you is definitely a compelling one.

The store was given a valid critique of the product. Correct thing is to take it with stride, and claim “Suggestion Noted”. Better yet, they could have created a version of the product with better volume controls. Provided it to the person that commented it and indicated as such. This is what a great seller (which are few) does.

      If you as a business can not separate your emotions from your product. You have no place in business. The customer is the one paying for your service. Acting defensive is not going to help it. Justifying the price tag is not going to help it.

      Justify it with the product itself. There are creators that sell 800L – 1000L items and they take constructive feedback and create better versions or newer and better items. They eventually earn their reputation. And earn the clout.

        • Sammy’s friendliness has always felt fake- it’s less about being friendly and more about being the loudest person in the room.
        • While civil, I never spoke with Sammy directly. Sammy has a habit of talking over others, inserting themselves into conversations and again, being the loudest person in the room. If you’re trying to chat in a channel/group, Sammy will talk over you or take it upon themselves to answer questions instead of letting those in charge handle questions for the people in charge.
        • Sammy has latched themselves into crowds and groups simply because they’re around all the time, at what feels like all hours, and this results into Sammy shoving their nose into business that isn’t theirs, or trying to cozy up to people in order to gain info and insight on people. This has resulted in them talking FOR others when they’re not around.
        • While I can’t entirely put my “ick” feeling into words, Sammy simply has a weird vibe, and given all that I’ve personally seen of Sammy tells me that these accusations of harassment likely have some truth in them. The personality reads very much as clingy/unhealthy, not friendly, and a “I need to be in your business, even if it doesn’t involve me.” In other words, nosy drama queen.

      • As someone who actually has known her for many years. I can say that none of this is accurate at all. She has always been very genuine to everyone. She very openly expresses what she thinks and how she feels about things. She has never been a fake friend. She has always been very social with people. She likes to connect to people and share probably way too much of herself with people who don’t even deserve her ( which I’ve warned her about). As a person who for many years has gotten to know all of the details associated with her autism( her habits, her actions, her thought process with interacting with others) she has never interacted with anyone with malicious intent . She has never gone into any friendship with any ulterior motive planned out. She is not purposely out there hunting anyone. She is just trying to make friends. That’s what this virtual world offers a person who finds it hard to connect in reality. It offers a certain comfort making it easier to open up and connect. My own observation as a person who actually knows her is Sammy doesn’t try to “talk over”, or “be the loudest” she gets very enthusiastic when in conversation and excited to share what she was thinking. She has never been good at reading between the lines, reading hints, vague behavior. You have to be completely direct with her or she won’t see it. There is nothing malicious in that.Sammy has always liked to be harmlessly flirty with people. If its not something you feel comfortable with the say so. You can’t read your mind. Also when she says she wants to cuddle someone shes not doing so out of any sort of intend. In her mind she sees an adorable avatar in the way she seens an adorable puppy and is like ” aww thats so cute i want to cuddle it”. She has never ment that as sexual. not ever. If you understood any autistic person at all and actually knew Sammy you wouldn’t say these horrible things. She doesn’t deserve to be treated this way from anyone.
