As long as you take the image from someone and not only you copy it in SL but also sell it without their permission it means you stole it. Period. Everyone is free to recreate makeups, etc …but straight up stealing is not acceptable.
This is straight up theft. The person did not create, draw or design these lips. They stole an image off of IG and is now trying to pass it off (quite badly) as something of their own. It’s not. Anyone who has been in SL for over 6 months should know this is not allowed.

That is Bella Drakon Ivanovic, who was caught several times, copying other creators work and passing it off as her own. She’s a know thief. She was caught stealing from the Sims 4 about a year to a year and a half ago, stealing designs from DA, and using pre-made mesh and claiming it was her own original work. She’s a real piece of work who is always lying and trying to scam people. Each time she is caught, she flips over to another avatar and starts it all over again.

So here is the lowdown on what happened. Bella back in Oct of 2019 she took some items from The Sims resource and uploaded it to SL and called it an original mesh. Then she bought items in Artstation with Commercial licenses was editing them to use in SL and call it original mesh. Some say that she was banned from Artstation but in reality she is not banned and has an account there, on her website is the resolution on the Artstation incident. The gown that is in TC is not stolen. She created that and she made it look better by taking classes at a local university. The DevianArt item was inspired by a mask from a cosplayer. Every SL creator is inspired by something on Google, Pinterest, etc. IMO these people need to just let her be!
