Think of the commas like bubbles that isolate out anything that could “containment’ the main idea. Overall, this entire post is three run-on sentences. #5 Avatar isn’t a proper noun, come on guys. We talked about this. (Sorry about your boyfriend though) #10 Some of you Stores are actually giving excuses like “im not American, so therefore I wont give sales, because I dont celebrate black friday”? I have several different heads from different brands. Frankly…. I just prefer catwa. It’s really about shaping, but it’s also about tastes. I don’t think catwa is the best, definitely could be cheaper. But I also prefer it over the other heads i’ve gotten. I also only really use the lona head. I’ve tried fucking with the other ones i have for my females and not digging it.

Well, I Know Avia quite well. She works hard to mantain good quality djs in her staff. She has been running her club for a long time and the amount of people in a club come and go as everything on SL. Nobody can deny that she does her best for the club and that her djs are always eager to spin.
I am a dj there, I cannot spin as often as I would like to due to RL work, but whenever I have free time and there is a possiblity to spin, I am taken into account.

#20 – Have you tried turning off your hand animations in your body hud? While I’m not 100% certain why that happens, I do know it happens more frequently in the Singularity viewer than the Firestorm, and it could be a difference in animation priority. However, I have found that turning off hand animations in my Maitreya hud will fix the issue. At least, it hasn’t failed me yet.

32.) I’ve always preferred Slink to any other body in SL because of the way Siddean stuck to her guns and always kept on making ways to fully optimize her bodies. Last year, she made the hands and feet all one piece with the bodies and optimized them to their utmost best when BoM was released.
Unfortunately, the fault is on the users for wanting such high quality/high poly/highly textured mesh bodies, the creators for not being smart enough to learn how to optimize their stuff and create alpha layers for their clothing, and on Linden Lab for not setting limits on how many verts or triangles a mesh item can have.
So, folks, what ultimately happened was that SL became, quite literally, a lagfest that creates photographic porn.
The HG lower body looks great but the torso and especially the shoulders are a mess. The tits look like fat floppy bananas if you don’t keep them relatively small, no matter how you work the buoyancy, and most SL bitches are scared of adding gravity. You kinda let the real issue slip when when you said users wanting high quality is why it’s less popular now… so that’s really all that needs to be said.

23 I have NEVER found nice shapes for Genus heads. It’s best to make your own shapes but I get that some people aren’t skilled to do that. That’s ok though. SL takes time to learn and figure things out. Maybe someone could point you in the direction of a good shape creator for Genus or a tutorial on how to make your own. Sorry I’m not much help
What kind of skill does it take to make a shape? Seriously? You just need time and patience. All the sliders are in the damn UI.
Don’t be dense. If it was easy for everyone then there wouldn’t be shape creators with successful stores and mps on SL. As said below, some people don’t have an eye for proportions.
Your be surprised at how many people don’t understand proportion and anatomy. Having a grasp of those makes shapes a lot easier, but many people don’t know them or don’t have an eye for them.

No creator owes you a sale. More often than not, sales aren’t out of the kindness of a business’ heart or for arbitrary reasons; there’s almost always a gain (monitarily or otherwise) for the creator in doing so. If a creator chooses not to have a sale they have likely decided the gain they need from it isn’t there.
Either way, check your priorities. If your biggest challenge going into Holiday season is badgering creators into getting some discounts on SL, I’d be concerned.

It took us 5 years to get together irl. The stars finally aligned…but we’re 15 years together strong now. We met in 2005 and haven’t stopped being with each other since then.
