It doesn’t matter if its a real person if its being run like a bot which 5 accounts on that sim are being run as. But wait lets go to bishes. Bishes hasn’t been using traffic aids at all or having her staff afk there and her traffic is where it should be with legitimate people not staff standing afk for 24 hours plus. #8 I’m glad someone linked me to this – it’s interesting to see how far lunacy reaches. I was going to stay quiet but it appears that some are actually agreeing with this nonsense. Let’s be honest: it’s a ridiculous concept that suddenly now these clubs that got popped for bots (and let’s be real here – it was BOTS – not sploders or vaults or any other thing) are demanding “equality for all.” Play stupid games, win stupid prizes. You knew the risks and you took them anyway, and you paid the price for it – that’s life. As someone affiliated with one of the bigger clubs in Second Life, three or so months ago myself and a few other accounts were suspended for bot usage. Fair enough. We learnt our lesson, and from that point onwards did not use any bots. This is also why – despite many reports and a few Linden visits since the recent meltdown of all sense or reason, our accounts are still standing. These “legitimate, united clubs” don’t have a leg to stand on and they’re reeking of desperation right now because they know it. Guess what? When that happened we didn’t play the victims. We didn’t demand that everyone else stop using traffic objects. We didn’t try to strong-arm other club owners into joining some reactionary group, attempting to cajole them and bully them into submission. 8. The thing I find funny is that this has been going on a long time and people are just now mentioning it. Someone said above that the definition of a bully is someone who tries to control where you advertise at and what events you can be a part of. In this case a bully resets your advertisement with no refund (which is theft). They ban staff of clubs who have paid money to advertise themselves and the business they work for all because they don’t like that business. It is supposed to be a free and open market but they banish anyone who works for a club they don’t like. They are bullies, the harassment not happening here is a joke. It is happening. Stay in your fantasy land if you must to where you don’t see it happening for yourself but no one here can speak on the behalf of the staff of the clubs affected when they don’t work there and can’t advertise because their owner is banned.

I can assure you all, I’m gone. I’m not on an alt. I don’t waste my time on SecondLife anymore. I’m in the real world dating up a storm, getting active and enjoying things that make me happy. I don’t regret leaving so there’s zero chance of running into me. If I created drama then you need to get over it because at the end of the day that’s just me and it doesn’t even matter.

Hey, guys, guess what? Traffic padding hurts everyone. All clubs have used it, but with the recent bot-hunt from LL, why risk it? I know some of you people are running your bots and your vaults during the day and turning that crap off when you go to bed. You’re scared. You obviously know you’re doing something wrong and you don’t want to get caught. If everyone stopped using traffic padding devices or bots, think of how much simpler it could be. YOU COULD SAVE MONEY. HELLO. It was common to compete with traffic, but I’m gonna let you guys know, clubs that have taken their stuff down aren’t hurting. They’re just fine. So, instead of crying about your goddamn bots and your vaults and whatever else you’re using, shut that shit down and save everyone some drama and grief and move on with your club and your advertising. If everyone balanced out and had their 8-15k of normal legitimate traffic flow, we’d all still be situated on the search list like we used to be. I know some of those highlighted names are NOT HARASSING ANYONE, but they are however NOT hesitating to turn offenders in to LL. I have not heard of anyone crashing sims.. I’m sure whoever if getting crashed pissed off the wrong troll.

Hi! I’d like to point out two flaws in your logic.
1.) No. Nobody takes down their vault at night.. because they’re not against TOS lol. At this point, anyone who still thinks they are against TOS has willfully buried their head in the sand.
2.) Now.. I need you to use your noodle for a minute: if these objects (vault, sploder, fishing, etc.) are not used – what dominates search when clients are seeking escorts? freelance clubs. This will ruin the market prices. So yeah, club owners will spend less on traffic, which is nice in theory, – but soon club prices and escorting rates will need to decrease to remain competitive.
So you say you’re not a club owner and its a fair assumption that, that is probably for the best because you obviously don’t have a basic sense of how economics work.

Shame, there really are a lot of people ripping from SL and bringing it onto imvu. I know of a creator on SL who rips skins from the sims 2 and puts it on imvu even. People need to get original. I know of even more creators, I’m from imvu and I can dump just a ton of names. It’s amazing. But is it even possible for an SL creator to DMCA these people on another site?
to x:says, I cannot for sure say how it works now but I do know that in 2009, there were some massive issues going on between Sims 2 and Second life, in regards to various creations from Sims 2 being copied and brought over to SL without permission. The creators had to make an account in SL, file a report, explaining that the creations were from another platform and LL did basically nothing. From time to time, I occasionally see a couple of those skins floating around, full perm as a creators kit. Another platform may react/act differently and hopefully, for the creator’s sake, they do take the DMCA seriously but, I do imagine you would have to make an account on their platform, in order to gain access to the reporting system. Each platform is different, so I would research their reporting methods, so double check if you need to go through the whole creating an account process or not, for the different ones.
As for the issue of things being brought over from the Sims game to SL, that does appear to still be a problem, since I know of one hair designer (no names) who is ripping from The Sims Resource site and they are getting away with it.

Unlike the toddleedoo body, the bebe body is actually proportionate (and let’s be real, it’ll be managed FAR better than the TD body is by Bit…especially with her constantly changing the body weights so the toddleedoo clothing is all inconsistent in terms of fitting). Eeilee had announced doing things such as Tippy-toes and Wiggle toes months ago….ideas which Bit tried (and when it comes to wiggle toes, failed at) imitating. Overall, the quality of Eeilee’s meshes are far superior to Bit’s meshing. The bebe body is basically going to be like the Maitreya body only for little avis.
It’s okay, though. No one is asking a kiss-ass (or likely Bit herself) to buy the new body. In fact, just the way that you’re acting over more diversity in mesh bodies – something that most normal people would welcome – makes me want to permanently switch to the bebe body and never give business to Bit again in the future. All you’ve done is cause more harm to Bit and her store than anything by making her and her customers look salty, jealous, and elitist.

Also Bit (or Almira) it’s not possible to copy a script system or an alpha system. I’m using the dev kits, both the blender for making mesh and the skin kit for making skins. The system is nothing like the Toddleedoo system at all.
You do realize you are only further making yourself look bad by throwing out accusations like so, when people actually have the files to compare, and the dev kit systems to compare for themselves, right?
It’s also very childish of you to call other people’s creations ugly. Noone yet had said anything particularly bad about the Toddleedoo body, but since the rules of the game just changed…the Toddleedoo mesh body is terrible. The hands and feet are awful, rigging to your body is a nightmare and your dinosaur of a body can only be improved upon so much, especially with your rushing out updates frantically before the new body releases.

Nope. TD clothes will not fit, and I am a proud supporter of the BSBB. I have already deleted all of my td clothing. IDC that I spent thousands on clothes and stuff for it. My inventory is a mess anyways. Just like with the adult bodies and the kid bodies before this, it’s just what happens. We all abandoned the tiny tot when the yabu came out. The we abandoned the yabu body less than 6 months later when the td came out. Honestly I’m ready for the next thing and a variety of options for kids. Adults have multiple bodies to choose from, kids should too.

I have dev kits for both bodies and the are not the same in any way, other than that they are both child mesh bodies. The rigs are very different.

I design clothes for Slink and Maitreya, Toddleedoo and now Bad Seeds Babe Body and it’s perfectly acceptable to have more than one option in mesh bodies.
Posting the above secret only makes you look bad as it’s obvious to anyone designing for, or simply just wearing the body to see that the bodies are not the same at all.

Why bother making a themed group if you’re going to let people post anything and not bother moderating it?
maybe cuz moderating by yourself is a full time job, if the groups big??? when you have hundreds of pics coming in and you need to open each to see if it fits in the group then yeah it can be a pain in ass.. why a lot of groups are not moderated.. and when i tried to moderate i was not even getting emails of requests for pics, so you have to physically login to flickr constantly or refresh to see new requests.. who has time for that?? not me.. easier to just let it be.. it sure is annoying when ppl are posting shit like that in the wrong groups but better then wasting all day, everyday trying to moderate it.

IMO most people on Flickr make a group to promote themselves and also might feel it gives them some sort of importance e.g. Stella Mahogany.
These people lord it above the others critiquing their streams to see if their good enough to join their so called ‘elite’ group, but who says that Stella’s art is so good in the first place? Yeah only her!
Sorcha Tyles is another one who has a group and invites all her close friends to exhibit their work but again her own work aint so shit hot.
Kate Bergdorf who I’m sure actually believes she is some sort of art critic. She claims that she has a standard for her groups but then goes on to add her own pics in which parts of hands are embedded in the furniture!

What has been pissing me off lately is some dude called Bryson who continually gives out awards and best part is their for groups people aren’t even members off. I’ve removed them from my stream several times and now blocked him as I’m not interested in groups, I just like making pics and have no expectations of anything other than the enjoyment of making them.
