Hey, if you’re in the secrets today just know it will pass. Many people have been up there, it doesnt make you any less of a person, no one really gives a crap. Most of secondlife has been up there, and the person who made the secret is a coward and less of a person then you.
I have reconnected with the girl in the picture. Didn’t expect it to work, but it did. My mind has now been put at ease!
From the secret and comments I see about Skye, I feel like anyone that has really negative things to say about her either: 1. don’t actually know her, 2. have some personal-level beef with her, or 3. angry they were kicked or not let into an event. I have been a blogger for her events before they got momentum and I personally quite a few designers who are in her events. None of my friends who design do not “pay her extra” or “have her as a blogger” in exchange to her in her events. Additionally, they and myself included, are on friendly terms with Skye but by no means none of us are in her “clique.” Anytime I have talked to her she is prompt, polite and is constantly working to make sure the events kick off with a strong start. All I ever noticed is a hard-working event owner who tries to stay on top of things. Again, I do not know her on a personal level but i do know her on a professional one and she is quite lovely imo. If the poster or comments have a personal issue with her over something else, then at least air out that dirty laundry and try not to insult all the designers who work with her to make these events a success. The secret is basically is calling everyone who are in events sell-outs, which is both untrue and unfair to everyone who puts time and energy into her events.

I never said she wasn’t in some. My point is to say it is some form of requirement to be included is 100% false. It’s an insult to the designers who earned it for people to try to cheapen their accomplishment by saying there was a bribe involved. It’s all so petty.
Perhaps it’s because she’s a, you know, blogger? Or perhaps, you know, she’s capable of forming friendships.

Some of us are here for pure entertainment value and don’t personally know any of the parties involved, other than Facebook or other social media.
Objective observation – The Star Herself person is calling names, making threats, yelling, hash-tagging and keeping the drama going by doing these things. All things a young, volatile and angry person would be doing Yet, she keeps telling people to grow up. She keeps telling people this situation is over, yet coming back and becoming embroiled in it and responding with long, aggressive posts.
When someone asks you a question, you should not respond by calling names and making threats. It makes you look like you are trying to avoid answering the question, hoping the questioner will be bullied away.
So again, I ask – what other apologies are you waiting for?
I’ve seen none of the people mentioned in the pastel group post anything here so far. I have skulked around on other social media and seen absolutely nothing of interest.
I guarantee you that if you stop posting here, everyone else will too. It’s simple – it’s pure entertainment, Jerry Springer style. When the trashy guest star goes home, everyone will turn it off.

Trying to wonder practice what you preach comes into play when you speak of maturity @ Star herself or shall we just say Ivy, since it’s pretty obvious. It seems people who have been scorned by you even on the smallest level have finally spoken out. While some of us did take the maturity level and moved on with our lives as you are truly just pixels to us with only verbal words that can’t physically harm anyone. I personally choose to ignore the whole “pastel” issues some choose to discuss, as I am actually someone who in the past who had defended each of the stores on this site that were under fire for the pastels and the fact that you textured their items. Tbh who cares about those such things. That’s the style people like they will buy it. I’m not going to touch whatever copyright image stuff they are bringing up top since I personally do not look for that myself or know enough of your product to even judge on that. It’s your attitude you have represented above. I can understand the defense against those who have put you under fire on this site. That’s fine to defend yourself, everyone has a right to do so. I believe when you wrote on here, it spoke for itself just the sort of quick to the trigger attacking you do with your words that can back of even the smallest allegations on how you treat others. TBO IVY use to be nice then she became a huge bitch overnight because she thought her shit was all that it quite happily isn’t as we now see. Shit has come out and there is huge group of us happy to finally see her get what she deserves. She has been nasty to a lot of people the last couple of years. She definitely isn’t all that and a bag of chips either. Grace will fuck her over first and the rest will follow suit. She is using them and they are using her to get popular before they dump her ass.
The star herself is not Ivy, lol. What? That is the little nit wit who’s been creating all this drama against the stores turducken, blush, clair de lune, meche, ect. Her name is Izabella Dartmouth (Bella Joubert) in SL. You need to go back and read last week apparently, lol.

I also would like to say this. Why are people on here picking sides like you personally know any of us? People who create are artistic people and sometimes moody… thats facts… things get taken to heart.. I would just like to make this clear ONE more time since people clearly don’t read anything I say anyways dunno why I am.. MY ORIGINAL POST, did not name names, did not name 1 single event (except for one round of nintynine which I was and am standing by was disappointing… there are more than 3 fairy tales people should have expand their know of a theme before creating for one. nothing was said about “quality” in those items (but i will say more than one princess jasmine inspired outfit is to many LOL) anyhoo.. the other thing I did say was that sometimes washing things out with to much white on a pastel colored item in PS can wash out the look of a texture – never said anything about anyones quality of meshing or anything else just stated one little observation and honestly had I know every TD shop owner in SL whos ever made an item that was pastel colored took offense.. another post was made that literally called out a “camp” and “clique of girls” on sl and most of the Gazyo’s you have see above on this post were either taken from that post of the comments i made on Sky or whatever her name is’s post where she was talking about customer service and taking the “highroad” like “macys” after coming at me on my post. So who are that “Pastel Girls” everyone is talking of?
Basically they are the owners of Blush, Turducken, Paper Damsels, Wild Flowers , Clare de Lune. So Ivy, Addiie , Harley, Harlow, Grace, Poppy Or whatever names they are going by today. They think everyone is jealous of them
which isn’t the case at all. They are drama pure and simple.

Just curious. Looking at their plurk and FB pages, I’m having a hard time finding anything they post/posted that is fuel for drama.
They have created plenty of drama in the last six months for quite a few people actually. This pastel bullshit, some bullshit lies about the toddleedoo body and the owner and a few other things that went on. Look back through the weeks and you will see what I mean. Until this lat mess they claimed everyone was jealous of them and presented themselves in very bad lights. Pretty much didn’t care and now that everyone is hating on them. They are playing contrite and acting like they learned a lesson which a few of us highly doubt. GOod try girls but not everyone is buying your fake routine to get back in the good graces of the kid community. Oh and it’s cone to light the texturer they have vaunted around as being so original is trailing copyrighted stuff off deviant art . Plus one friend they hang out with is a copybotter. So should we all ignore theft to????
The picture posted above is from this Ivy persons personal store, not any of the other stores mentioned.
I’m not taking sides. I’m genuinely curious. Can you find more examples (preferably examples that pertain to the other stores being ripped apart, not just this Ivy) of copyrighted textures?
I ask because I purchase items from all of these stores, including Turducken. If there is only a single example from her personal store, I wouldn’t be too quick to judge the rest of the stores. Especially to the extent of wishing them to fail at their stores.
That feels more like vindictiveness than the desire for the truth to come to light.
disclaimer: I don’t know anything about Grace at all. Never purchased from her nor do I know of her other than what I’ve seen on here.
The rest of the stores mentioned don’t seem to have anything wrong with them other than their association and collaboration work with the accused. If they are aware of her using copyrighted work on their products, then that’s one thing. If not, this wishing ill upon them is just bad juju.
Point is she textures stuff for all of them so it likely is the fact she has copyrighted textures in some of them would take searching the Internet a bit I think she gets most of her crap off ETSY or steals it.
Nothing wrong with Etsy, as long as it’s purchased with a commercial license.

About Skye I heard from a couple of designers that besides the event fee she asks forextra money and you can’t join her events unless you belong in her clique. Trully I dont’ know what to believe. My personal experience is that she was awful in customer service for candydoll. Other than that I dont if what i heard is bs or not.
All events are “cliques” to be honest. Friends and friends are setting up. Some creator friends are more talented and prestigious than others. The better your skill is usually you attract the same quality content creator friends. So yes, the top events are definitely and always a “clique”. BUT, on the same token… it’s better as “Networking Skills.”

I can’t really say how she is in customer service wise because I’ve never had to talk to her in that sense. However, this whole “pay extra or belong in her clique” is bs. I was a nobody standing around in world at a sim, not even talking… and she messaged me first to ask if I would like to be a part of one of her events because the little she did see in my store she really liked. There was no extra money given, or free stuff or anything else people say. From that point forward I didn’t become what I would consider her friend or part of her clique and yet I’m still able to keep participating in her events. The thing I will say is that, sometimes she can come off cold in her responses because they are just short and to the point, especially when she’s busy. I think people are just taking that vibe and taking it personally. From the interactions I have had with her she’s really sweet, understanding and very helpful with a side of short and distant. Which doesn’t making anyone a bad person in my eyes. Just who their character is.
#10, I don’t see how it matters at all, unless you can prove she spent less of her own money acquiring and decorating Blithe than the auction raised. And even if she did,supporting her IS supporting Blithe. She makes Blithe possible. People who wanted to go over and above the group fees to help make it possible in whatever way she wanted to use the money were happy to do so and it wasn’t mandatory.
I’ve been in Skye’s events and I’m pretty dense so on one then more occasion I’ve needed personal help and she’s been patient and more then helped me during set up. I’ve was almost late once and she personally helped me set up. She was never rude, never bitchy and exceedingly helpful.
I’ve dealt with her quite a lot and I have never seen any of those qualities in her at all, her events are some of my favourite to participate in because the organisation is just so good.
Honestly the only drama I can actually think of that occurred with her was when this guy who owns Pew Pew was going to be setting up so late it was going to be after the event opened which is not allowed at all for obvious reasons so he was kicked out (duh) and proceeded to call her a slut and a whore in all the group chats over and over again which was crass and disgusting – by the language I am reading in that secret it makes me wonder if the secret comes from the same/similar party 🙂
Anyway yeah, it’s bullshit, i’ve never paid her of given her anything and never received anything except brilliant event organisation.
Pew Pew is an amazing store. I always look forward to their pets. She should have been more reasonable for letting him set up late. Apple Fall is a perfect example of this months Shiny Shabby. He setup half into the event. But, he’s fucking Apple Fall, a demi-God among quality content creators with a slew of fans waiting for his release. You MAKE the exception. As an event organizer, you be understanding to people who have real lives and let them rezz a “Coming Soon” sign instead of booting them needlessly from events. She may not be bitchy to you but you just made a perfect example to her bad, micro-managing character.
It doesn’t make sense to me that you can allow someone to be late because they make great quality items. You’re playing favourites at that point and if you’re going to allow AF to be late, then you should also be lenient for other stores. When you DO that (aka collabor88) you risk having an event that’s been half filled (AKA COLLABOR88) and end up disappointing customers. Nobody wants to show up to events that aren’t fully set up, NOBODY wants to keep going back to an event all throughout the month hoping those empty stalls have finally been set up.
There’s an open date for a reason, if you can’t make it you should be professional enough to give the event owner a heads up so the spot can be filled. These events don’t exist FOR creators, they’re not there to CATER to you. The traffic will be there with or without you, there are hundreds of other amazing stores who are all taking their work and their participation as seriously as they should who will show up on time. The only reason you want to be apart of the event is for the high traffic, to boost sales. As far as i’m concerned they’re doing you a favour. Take it seriously.
The reason Skye’s events are so popular is because they’re very well thought out and very well run.
And in my opinion it seems like a lot of creators are biting off more than they can chew and as such aren’t able to meet deadlines. This is not the events problem this is their own. You snooze you lose.

Oh shut up. People will bitch and complain if there are curtains over booths in an event and complain some more if late designers are booted. Its a lose/ lose situation and I personally support the idea of late people being booted. Events are professionally run businesses and rules are there for a reason. It makes the event look bad if there are dozens of empty booths.
Everyone else who participated in the event have worked so hard to make the deadline. It would be unfair to let people set up late. If there are RL issues then the smart thing to do would be to let the organizers know and pull out of the event instead of expecting everyone cater to your personal needs.
Oh yea, great, censorship. “Shut up”. So mature. Yes, events are professionally run businesses AND YES events are catered to customers and YES events do great for designers and creators but LET’S BE HONEST. The EVENT is ONLY great because the DESIGNERS and CREATORS who SIGNED UP are great. And THAT’S WHY customers and fans and sightseers draw in that kind of traffic is to SEE that quality content. You can’t replace the an Apple Fall for someone without the same skill set. You can’t replace Deadwool with run of the mill men’s clothing from Marketplace. It’s a look, it’s a style, it’s a brand and it’s what draws in ALL THAT TRAFFIC. So… as a BUSINESS. Be understanding to designers. Be lenient yes. If late? Replace with a waiting list so no empty booths. People will complain no matter what and that’s what this website is here for right? But the point is to diminish all these nonsensical collisions between designers and creators and amazing event planners and amazing customers that share these experiences. But of course, if you log in here JUST to look for that kind of head-butting and NOT for the solution that’s OK too. If you’re allowed your two cents, here’s mine.
The stuff about Skyfaise is a load of crap. I was given a chance in her events with my store a while ago. One of the times i was added at the last minute and not once was she rude, bitchy or anything else. She helped me set up and was constantly flying around the region making sure people were good to go. A few times i was a bit behind in the deadline or i had to drop out on the opening day and not once was i treated rudely about it. To the person in that chatlog bitching that she ‘kicks people who dont pay up’.. why join an event if you arent willing to be on time (the deadlines are pretty freaking lenient.) or even pay the event fee when asked for it. Personally i found her events to be some of the best and the biggest money makers. As for what she does in her spare time.. im pretty sure thats her and her partner’s business.
And No, We’re not friends and she’s never blogged for me, im just giving my honest opinion as someone who was in a couple of her events for a bit.
Tears me up inside that The karma is now backlashing at Ivy and I didn’t have to do a damn thing. Seems not everyone is blind to her nonsense and the “crew” she is with. I applaud the truth coming out. It’s not even all about it being pastels really for “secrets” at this point. If people saw the way she approached others and is rude right off the bat just because they aren’t like her, others would understand a lot better.
I also am quite happy to see karma catch up with Ivy. She has been exceedingl RUDE to people for years and this is pretty damn funny to some of us. I’ve long suspected she was stealing textures since her run in with the Little Nerds girl and someone basically noticed her watermarked dreams time fur.
That latest release at shiny shabby this week has the same textures on the little love seats as that are on all those dresses in the secret above from a few weeks back. That is all four stores she has recycled them for and from.
The carpets in the shiny shabby were definately not drawn from scratch either. We all know she hasn’t been making this stuff herself. her little posse best stop using original textures on everything cause they look like idiots atm. I hope all the businesses she is involved with sink and disappear. Most all I hope Ivy disappears into oblivion with them. Her rudeness and downright nasty behacior towards others is starting to be turned around on her.
