#3 I’ve been on SL for more than 5 years. I’ve never encountered actual age-play, just child avi’s running around engaging in kiddy-talk, often annoying people, but otherwise remaining harmless. In the last month, however, I have been approached three times by three different avi’s with incest fantasies they are seeking to play out on SL. They approached me to get pregnant, have mesh babies so they could then go on to fuck them. The third asked me whether I had children irl and how much “fun” it would be to catch them masturbating. (You don’t need to ask — they were all blocked and reported.) It seems pointless to keep asking what LL is doing about this because it’s been going on since the inception of SL and continues and thrives. That I’ve been approached *3 times* in such a short period suggests to me that it’s rampant. This secret may not necessarily be about child avi’s. It might be about a DD/bg D/s arrangement. *However* the secret poster makes specific reference to age-play. As far as I’m concerned, the poster of secret #3 is a pedophile too and I would urge the owners of this site to take steps to report them. #7 While I completely respect your right to play SL the way you wish to, if you set out with the purpose of deception, then I can see why it upsets others. I can’t see how being female in SL and being honest about your RL sex compromises your “survival” in any way. Frankly, I think that’s hyperbole to the extreme. I’ve had men message my kid avatar out of no where recently and ask to cuddle me or if I want to sit on “daddy’s” lap – pretty sure there are more DD/lg’s in SL since it exploded in popularity on tumblr recently. Not that it really ever goes away but usually, the freaks aren’t so vocal. There’s a chance #3 is a troll but ffs…
Jmo but I feel any “families” or child play should be shut down on SL. I just read a comment from the last secrets and some woman said sex is better when you share in the family. This is just sick. Then you have the adults, older women playing mommy to grown boys or as she calls them sperm babies. I don’t know how much more perverted you can get. It’s ruining SL from what it was -a builders paradise to now Sex Life.
I hate to be the one to break it to you but even if there was never a single kid avatar in SL, it still would have become “Sex Life” as you put it. There’d still be rape sims and sex parks – kid avatars didn’t invent that stuff, adults wanting to get off did and that stuff doesn’t involve kid avatars – we stay the hell away. We’re not the ones making or buying genitalia, poseballs, sex beds, and all that garbage. We just get blamed every time some sick fuck who diddles kids pops up and some other sick fuck makes a child avatar to be diddled. We hate these people as much as you do, the entire kid community does, and when we find them – we get them banned. That’s all we can do.
If you banned families and family rp, you’d still have these people doing their pedophile crap and you’d still have “Sex Life”. You’re going to have “Sex Life” in every virtual world because most adults fixate on it. That’s not the fault of family rp or kid avatars.
