Yeah, on the other hand this brand (friends, fans, creator) did’t made interesting choice of bringing case here and talk about ‘references’ and some event UNFAIRNESS

This event has the most lag I have ever felt in my Second life.
Also, the terrain and textures are horrible.. The grass with freckles assaults my eyes. Nothing in the design has a flow and hard to find anything.

The event is laggy like every other friggin sim in SL with more than one person on it. However it’s getting embarrassing to see the phone case creator (I use that term loosely as they didn’t create a thing, just stole images from the net and slapped it on a rectangle) and their friends posting here to try and damage the event and other people in it.
We get it, you got caught. You are butthurt. Have a cookie and get over it (and next time don’t steal somebody else’s work).
Bitter people are funny. It’s a fucking phone case, its a RECTANGLE you pasted someone else’s art on. Hahahaha maybe u should mesh something other than a RECTANGLE!!!!!!
Not Understanding this hate toward Whimsical. Honestly sounds like some salty and jealous girls getting their friends to come on here to rant about nothing. What event doesn’t have lag? And honestly it is refreshing to see a break out even have a decent lineup like Whimsical. I will keep shopping there and the sad sad bitter person that made the phone case needs to stop coming here on 10293483 alts with their friends to try and dis the event.
#1 needs to grow up and move on. Just because he got smart and dumped you for someone WAY better doesn’t mean you need to be a child about it. Move on because he obviously did!
Firstly..the one who made #1 did NOT get dumped by his ignorant ass. So get that out of your head. Secondly, he likes keeping it in the family, he jumped from one sister to another, to another, then now…to his OWN sister. And no, its NOT blood kin, its RP. However, the bond and the feelings are still there. Are you going to call someone your sister than screw her, or how about your grandma, grandpa, grandchild, child? He’s a vile, emotional predator who preys on the vulnerability of women who have been hurt. He uses his RL situation to justify the way he treats people in SL, and THAT in itself is a huge wrong.

Emotional predator? That is taking things too far. While I could list a bunch of his faults, I don’t think he’s deliberately mean or a predator of any sort. Whoever made #5 is legit human refuse.
And on #1 – It’s not like they’re actual blood kin. They’re people playing characters. I have been RPing online with a group of people for better than 10 years. Characters change and people want to RP new things. Lighten up, Francis.

The woman in the picture is living her life, just like any thin woman at the beach in a bikini. She gets to wear what she wants, and if someone doesn’t like it, they should realize that is their problem and not this woman’s.
Don’t like it? Don’t look.
How would YOU feel if you were simply enjoying your day at the beach, only to find out your photo had become the butt of someone’s internet joke? My guess? You’d be pretty upset about it.
Fat people get to live, wear bathing suits, run, swim, ride bikes, go to stores, have sex, make out, dance… whatever they want that their thin counterparts get to do without a second thought. Fat people, as Just me said, exist.
If you have a problem with fat people, that’s YOUR problem. Grow up and get over it.
Whimsical was soooooo fucking bad. Who the fuck kicks out one designer and not the other? Get a fucking grip. It was a shitty event anyhow… No loss. LOLS.
100% agreed, the lag was worse than any other event I’ve been to in the past 12 months. The set up was horrible and you couldn’t find anything either. The landscaping was causing a ton of lag that didn’t need to be caused. Whoever owns this event may wanna rethink the setup, the decor, and the landscaping in the future because it sucked blue ball sacks. Also the people who participated didn’t put a whole lot of every into any of the items either, most of it sucked big dicks.
With sim time dilation bouncing from 0.75-0.99, I figure all of the “movement” going on in the scene when you first tp in can cause havoc on systems that are not with high specs. Two sets of moving butterflies, the spinning pinwheels and merry go round are just a few things that I saw. And there was only 17 avatars on the sim at the time….imagine what happens when there are more people?
It’s kinda hard to gauge if you are on a system that can handle that, but I honestly thought it was too much going on myself. On my old system stuff like too much falling snow and grass would significantly hamper my experience. Nice to look at, but not ideal for large crowds.
The green arches were a nice touch though.
how about we just say that the “whimsical event” was a laggy laggy love fest as well. whoever did the set up decision of putting the vendors like they did made a very bad decision cause it was hard to find things. whoever did the foliage did a horrible job of that s well.
Actually I thought the set up was better than most events, plus there were several maps posted around the venue, so you just had to look and you’d easily see where everything was – which is more than most events do!
As for the lag-fest – WELCOME TO SL!!!! EVERY event has lag!!! Why you are singling out Whimsical is beyond me. Try moving at C88 or Shiny Shabby on opening day and then you can bitch about lag!
Seriously no-one forced you to go there, so unbunch your panties and get over it already!
I think it is nornally the avatars with their 3948938843 tris hair and dresses causing the lag

I’d assume it is now what we, the consumer, will have to expect given the sheer number of gacha events. Each new gacha events lowers the quality of the items as designers rush to get things done. When I see another gacha event, I can’t help by roll my eyes. Enough already, there is nothing new or innovative about gachas that it deserves a gaggle of events.
Whimsical is nothing but sheer greed. It’s sad how designers are so hot to hop on the greed train of mediocrity. Lets kiss this one goodbye ^^
