I rarely post in the middle of the week. It’s not for the casual post.
I am here to address some allegations from Bella regarding this website.
Here is the actual truth:
Bella is stating that this document ORIGINATED here, on this website. The link to this document was posted in the comments section. I let it through without reading the whole thing. When someone alerted me of this document containing information that Bella alleges is abusive I took it down. That’s the extent of my involvement with this document drama.
I did not write the document or do the stalking that was involved.
I have no idea who Bella is except regarding the drama that is posted here. In the many years I’ve had this site I’ve never had to make up any drama for this site.
You, the people, do enough of that for me.
The document is removed from Google and Bella is allegedly contacting law enforcement. I will comply with law enforcement when they send me the appropriate documentation. In America that is referred to as a subpoena from a judge.
Here’s how it’s going to go for Bella if Interpol has the time (With all the COVIDs) to investigate online drama. Interpol will get the IP address information from Google as to who connected to that email address. Then they will get the information from the ISP regarding who has that subscriber information. That will either lead to 2 places: 1. the front door of the owner of that e-mail address or 2. A VPN. If it’s a VPN it’s rinse and repeat and with many VPNs insuring privacy who knows how that will end. If that person purchased the VPN with a Vanilla Visa using cash then there’s an even greater chance of never finding out who did it. (There’s my protip. Thank you Ashley Madison data breach for the anonymizing protip)
One thing is for sure – it will not end up on my door step. I haven’t set foot in-world since 2012. I’ve been banned since 2018? maybe 2017? I don’t even remember that’s how much I give a shit.
What do I take away from this whole drama?
1. Bella is not helping her case of wanting to be seen as an honest person by continuing to exaggerate about another issue. If she exaggerates here – who is to say she’s not exaggerating when she discussing other topics such as her content creation sources.
2. Google seems to be super willing to give out an email address for owners of google docs. To anyone. Honestly I don’t give a shit about Bella but this is interesting to note that Google will cave to anyone in their support channels and release owner information of a document.
3. Virtual-Secrets can post whatever they want. We are not bound by anyone’s TOS. Period.
What should you take away from this whole drama? Probably #2, slightly #3 but if you are a regular you already know this. There is not many people who give a shit about #1.

I have added some extra information. It seems that, despite there’s no mention of this behavior in their privacy policy, Google support is willing to provide owner/creator e-mail address information about a public document.

I am surprised that Google is that lax with email accounts but on the other hand a google doc has it connected to it and it is easy to look it up. Still, my initial guess would have been forgery same as yours. However … since this doc is on Google’s site and not yours – whelp, they can take it down. Even if someone written all that in a comment here … the only obligation is to remove it. If you potentially did not … the host would but still not the whole site.

I can tell you right now, that initial “screenshot” is a forgery. The “Google representative” there has deplorable grammar: “just to set ‘you proper’ expectation…” “since the doc file ‘ is not belong to your organization meaning’…” and the vague, “we can do something on this.”
Yeah, yeah, I know, “grammar police” but in this case, it’s applicable because nobody working at Google, the largest search engine on the planet, is going to speak so unprofessionally with awful grammar. I’m sure that there are people like that working for the company, since you don’t need good grammar to code a search engine, BUT, they’re not going to put those people in the public eye if they can’t at least use proper spelling and grammar.
That’s what I thought too so I logged into my gsuite and asked them to get the owner of my personal accounts public document. Claiming it had me “shook” and “contained personal information” (it didn’t at all) and they freely gave the account email. This doesn’t seem to be in their privacy policy but I could have missed it. My mental capacity for long text is terrible right now thanks to work.
It is very broken English.

There is a good lesson from this: use a dummy email account for Google Docs. How easily they handed out that information is beyond a joke. Actually, better yet, never use Google Docs.
So I actually contacted Google support and asked them for the owner of a public document and they freely gave it. It’s not in their privacy notice either. Just a heads up. Google will freely give the email address of any public document if you contact support.
I have personally known the Bella that has been n the Virtual Secrets, she has a rep for ruining families and hurting many others in the process, claims to be a RL Officer of the Law and has caused a lot of damage for other people I know. ne who has passed away. Sadly she seems to have gained herself a pretty bad rep for herself and I am honestly not surprised she is also starting here on a page that has any thing to do with Second Life is no shock. Seems she enjoys the Drama and likes to make empty threats to others. A little immature for some one who claims she is in with the law enforcement and seems she hasn’t grown up since she messed things up for many others.
Bella Grow Up and stop causing Drama and Grief for every one else just cause you have nothing better to do and leave the folks who are trying to live a peaceful life alone. With the covid out and about that’s where you need to put your effort in to not Drama grow up all ready.

For the ones crying about how “bad” this site is. Do you know you don’t have to actually look at the site? It is your right to not take the time out of your day to come here.
As I see it. If Bella turn in this then she is implementing herself in a bigger crime then what she is reporting in the first place. All the info she is reporting is info about criminal offenses she did over years on multiple occasions, copyright, infringement, theft and so on. All who is proven. So the person who wrote it might get a slap and Bella will be in more trouble….And to tell you the truth, I am not sure the document was even that bad, it is all public, from public pages she wanted people to see and she herself probably spread. Is it illegal to mention her name or her business name, nahhh 😀 She might even have wrote the document herself as she always deletes everything she write anyways? If Bella turn this in, she is turning herself in, that simple. Just do as the other person did, use google for 5 minutes. It is all out in the open, I tried just now and found boatloads! I think it is low to blame Virtual Secrets for it. No one is shaming Bella, people are exposing illegal behavior by Bella. There is a very clear line there, and that Bella don’t see this time after time clearly tell me that she will not be taken serious in any case against anyone, she don’t even see she is turning herself in for a crime.
