As someone that worked in retail for 9 years, and then worked customer service in a Corporation for 4 years before acquiring a high-enough position not to deal with the customers I can tell you that while companies are in the business because of their customers, some customers believe they are above the LAW and should be given things for free. It’s pathetic to have a customer screaming at you for over an hour because he/she thinks you have her refund when her own bank institution hid it from her/him in their Lost and Found ACH department because their account was closed and they didn’t know where to forward the money too. Guess what, their bank didn’t receive one single rant. Boohoohoo. Customers lately have become meaner, more self-absorbed, and incredibly irrational. If you do not give the item for free with a credit for the future, nothing is right for them. So, I do find it good for the goose and gander to both criticize each other. Both sides need a reality check in real world. And just like real world, SL. By the way, I find it incredibly immature to think that this is bullying while you are shreding and body shaming others in sl. Look in the mirror.

For those with butthurt about the idea of discussing customers who have been crazy, stupid or occasionally hilarious about their antics, SL isn’t unique, and we need to have a re-read of the definition of bullying if these situations are what people are calling bullying.
This is again one if those situations where if you’re not into it, don’t participate. If having these stories and sharing them without names attached is enough to make you boycott a store, I’d suggest you stop shopping, because it’s happening all the time. Creators and shoppers talk to each other. Creators are people with friends they talk to, just like shoppers. It’s people being people, people.
it’s because they’re a bunch of drama queens. They scream bully when they have no other defence because it gets attention and it’s the latest buzz word, celebrities are doing it, SL’rs think they’re stars so it fits.
You are so right. We teach our junior high kids that the definition of bullying is REPEATED harassment. Being mean to someone is not being a bully. If you do it repeatedly then maybe yes.

Funny everyone is bashing the creator when all she suggested was a site JUST LIKE THIS VERY ONE! I know the creator and I know she is dead serious about not allowing shit talk in her groups about ANY creator, whether she is a personal fan or not. So you can say honestly in your real life you have never exchanged stories/emails about half cocked customers/clients/patrons or whomever you cater to with coworkers/friends/or even other customers? SL is social network that involves the exchange of currency – I hardly consider it a “professional” environment. Otherwise half of these so called designers would have sexual harassment suits brought up against them, lol. This uppity sense of what we are in SL is getting…old: It’s a pretendy time fun place where a privileged few are able to make a decent income from. Nothing more, nothing else. The creator is Toxxic Rhiannyr.. the biggest bully in SL. Things don’t go her way she yells and screams or sends “hackers” she will try and make her victims seem like the crazy ones… but, it’s nice that so many people have caught on to the mean, nasty bully that she is.
I also love that she’s on here so much. She will make a post about it on facebook too. It’s so cute. She’s a silly little attention whore.
And you are correct as well! She did re-post this on facebook. Its honestly pathetic how she complains and cries if someone if mean to her all over her facebook but its ok for her to be a nasty bully to others. Just watch her store dwindle down till she has no customers left who will give her money. I will certainly never spend a dime with her little template induced store.

Yeah, she’s pretty nasty to people..she’s always taking to facebook to bitch about customers. Making fun of people for “asking stupid questions” etc. Guess she hasn’t stepped back to think that maybe, just maybe there are people who don’t live on SL and don’t know how to do some things and are hoping that she will be helpful after they spend their money at her store OR maybe they speak another language as their first language. She’s so ignorant and trashy and I think she forgets that the customers she bashes support her fat ass.
Sounds familiar I had a similar experience actually but not with that creator mine was with a house builder claiming to hack me. Thing is once you stand up to a bully like I did, they cower in the corner and don’t come out. My bully is very quiet these days.
