I have had my 100% origin work ripped and replicated over and over the time comes when enough is enough. I have had someone snapshot my tiles ( custom made I might add) and use as a texture on a build. She thought it was ok because it was for personal use, ugh. I make buildings which can’t technically be copyrighted but that is beside the point it just means other people have no imagination or ethics. This is how I make my liviing people should respect my intellectual property. I’ve been copied since 2008.

I do feel sorry for the few designer in SL who are genuinely original. I try to always buy their items as a thank you token of that.
I know many are like me and so take comfort.

Who are you to judge whether something is or is not 100% original mesh? Were you there when it was created? Did you make it yourself? No you did not, so quit judging people’s hard work simply because you’re jealous. The Diamanté necklace IS 100% original! I’ve seen it being made with my own eyes. And just because it’s not a “SLOCCA” logo doesn’t mean it is not real. You people are such hypcorites, judging other people and their work and not looking at your own. Childish, very childish…

I still don’t see the significance of your secret for this website. You say they know who they are, so no doubt they know who you are considering they ‘introduced’ you. The problem with that is WE don’t know who either of you are and what it is you’re trying to put across here!

#1 is mine I can assure you that ‘satisfied’ is most definitely not the right word to describe my responses. I would suggest that if you must submit such a ludicrous secret, then it is you who are the beggar for attention and I think I/we will choose to ignore you further.

@4 Those two hairs look similar but they are not the same. Unless someone is also a hairstylist in real life, most styles are probably inspired by pictures either from real life or other games. I don’t consider that stealing. A hairstyle is a hairstyle – not something that falls under copyright lol.
That hair is definetly the same hair. if you look close tabou painted over the hair to conceal it. thats why it looks different. look really close and you can see it.

Why do people who steal hair from Sims creators actually think they’ll get away with it? Especially at major events?
Because they think the average consumer goes about second life with an untrained eye to spot their deceiving practices.
You guys are just noticing that tableau, lelutka, truth and other large hair brands are stealing? You guys keep going to these washed out events and throw your money the slightest change in product and these “creators” will keep stealing from other places to take your money. Take a stand and stop attending these over-saturated events! Take a look in your inventory wear some older items from there. Save your money because most of these items will end up disappearing once these fuckers actually get caught.
huh? I haven’t heard any of the brands you mentioned be accused of stealing. Tableau Vivant? Truth? Lelutka? what? The brand mentioned in the secret is Tabou Irresistible. Other brands who have “stolen” Sims hairs are ones who use hair templates to begin with. If you have knowledge of the brands you listed stealing from other mesh creators outside (or inside) of SL, please, enlighten us!
They steal by torrenting files that are taken from rendorosity, sim stores etc…and then re-textured, re-sized and then rigged for second life. If you guys really think these stores are original in work or inspired by real life they actually aren’t. There is no pure soul in one of these events. SLOCCA is a joke.
I understand how its done, and I know of stores who do it. But I have never seen any rips from renderosity or The Sims from the stores you mentioned, aka Truth, Tableau Vivant, Leleutka. So I was asking for photo comparisons of hairs those stores (in particular) have ripped.
Does anyone seriously take the “SLOCCA” label serious?
