C88 is a theme event… and it only one round. it changes every month and we all know this. sadly there not much stuff there for kids either but we arent complaining of how c88 sucks. You also if you dont like the theme submit something since you dont like it. I adore this round of unicorns.. there some rounds i am like eh about but i dont have make secret of how i dont like it. i wait for the next round simple as that. But bitching about how you dont like the round wont get you anywhere BUT hate comments and slander!!
I didn’t like this round of Collabor88 either, I was glad that some creators were inspired by it but didn’t go all cutey so I still brought plenty of things.
Also on the Colabor88 website anybody can submit a theme so if you hate unicorns just put your own theme in I am tempted to try myself!

It’s just one round. Yeah okay, you don’t like unicorns. You are entitled to feel that way, of course, no one is begrudging you that. Rage against the unicorns.
But what would probably be a thousand times more effective and more likely to produce the kind of results you want, is to simply do a non-angsty plurk or poll that asks people if they’d like to see a c88 round, soon, that caters to less kawaii tastes. And then present the results of said discussion or poll to the organizers, and NICELY say, thanks for putting in the work to organize this recurring event, were obviously fans because we care enough about it to get together and discuss what we want to see in future rounds. Could you please give this some serious consideration, we’d really appreciate it.

I’m not even a unicorn fan, but frankly there isn’t even that MUCH stuff with actual unicorns. Plenty of the items are cute whether or not you like unicorns. If you also hate pastels, then you’ll have a harder time, but so what? Get over it. Save your Lindens for another of SL’s 20,000 events.
#13- I never heard of Omega but that sounds really good. In an effort for all of these mesh body people to monopolize the industry, they are really just competing against themselves: More work for designers to make all of their items compatible. I wouldn’t sit there and set up 10 different HUDs for all of these damn mesh bodies coming out. ONE HUD FOR ALL! The omega HUD should be widespread. In the end, it would help the creators of the mesh body as more product would be compatible with their systems!
I am so tired of greedy as people in SL. Body co charging $5k for a body just to be able to use an alpha HUD. Bitch please.

“After donating for Curio skins..” – After who donated? The Secret writer? A merchant? Someone else? And do they mean donated *to* Curio skins or a donation made on behalf of Curio skins?

When writing, it’s usually best to be specific. We can’t assume the reader will know who we mean or refer to.
“They walked into the restaurant and then she went to the restroom.” Who walked into the restaurant? And which, of the group (and how many?) went to the restroom?
Perhaps the secret was intentionally poorly constructed so as to increase it’s enigmatic nature.
Proofs my eye!! Look at the date on these photos : 2011… Do you know in what year we are now or you spent all this time sleeping? Before accusing someone get some real proofs and recent ones.
Maybe you should have spent more time on the” important” details if you are burning so hard for all the slandering details. Instead of typing up a huge pile of grammatically raped shit, while making fun of someone’s grammar skills…maybe you are a slow reader and you were so caught up in your grammar Nazi rage that you weren’t able to see the “Essences Demo” hint. Its really amazing to see so many drama junkies every Sunday… Searching their next shot of gimmeallthedetailsbutdonttalktofastImslow…I think that’s the only fun on this site… its not blatant obvious all the time who what is about, I myself…enjoy riddles.
Or maybe English is just their second (or third) language? Since their tenses are all over the place and ‘ripp’ is not a word, this seems more plausible than a deliberate attempt to be obscure.

There’s advertising a store/brand/event and then there’s derogatory remarks which bring a store/brand/event to light; for which this site has thrived on. I see nothing other than promo in this secret. Perhaps it has now set a precedent for subsequent submissions..

#2 – Since when does this site promote free advertising? Okay, so it could be another flame at the cobbler but I just don’t get the ‘secret’ as anything other than what it appears to be – an advert!
Of course it could also have been submitted by said cobbler or one of his minions in a perverse reverse psychology gambit, his shoe store has died a death after all. Perhaps the reason he has been off the grid so long is that he is reinventing himself in an effort to overthrow those that just happen to be in this week’s headlights – (ref to #13)

Love the unicorn theme. What the hell is wrong with unicorns? Nothing.
Maitreya for the win! What sold me is how compatible it is with slink feet and hands, also the default Glam Affair skin tones. Never really stuck with a mesh body until now.

Look up her facebook. You’ll see ton of posts making fun of the folks who shop her store. You’ll read her gangsta speak as she talks shit about anyone and everything. But you know.. she’s soo high class her husband has to hop at Sonic (fast food restaurant) to get them by.
I agree, I absolutely love this round of c88! I understand where a male might not be too happy about it, or a female who doesn’t like unicorns, but in my opinion, this is one of the best rounds! I would love to see more like this! <3

#13 – What does that even say “Amish Body” ? I am testing out mesh bodies and parts to see which is Omega compatible but I have never even heard of that one. Anyone know?
That’s Maitreya’s logo. It’s the Lara mesh body. I’d have to agree, I love Lara over my Physique. Physique would be soo much better if the alphas weren’t huge chunks of the body.

This Tricia Olrich thing is super creepy. Has someone alerted Tiffany Maj (or her lawyer?) about what is going on? Catfishing is bad enough but this Tricia person is using exact words from Facebook, and childhood pictures? SUPER CREEPY.

On a Facebook thread someone called Tiffany and told her about it. The gist was Tiffany might know them IRL? I’m not sure if the person posting really did call her and speak with her but that’s all i know .
#8, Some people make BANK off of their SL stores. Maybe you can’t; maybe you’re salty, suck at art, or have shitty business sense, but who are you to say that a Second Life store doesn’t make as much as a “real” job? Not to mention the freedom and power that comes along with owning and running your own company. It’s surprising how blind you are to SL’s business opportunities. Idiot. More people (comfortably) live off SL than you realize.
