#5 & #8 Masoma is actually quite lovely as is the owner. I find it ironic that you are dissing her ( I think it is safe to assume this is either Tricia Olrich or Rene Rockwell or one of your flunkies) when in reality, Masoma is better than ever now that the Rockwells are gone and have taken so many of the “bad apple” residents with them. Rene Rockwell, your sims are pretty awful, I am sorry but Lena is the only one of you who has a clue about how to decorate a sim and you called her a “fat bitch” behind her back so, no clue how she still has anything to do with you. Olrich Estates…Is like a mainland looking mess of mainly homesteads with overpriced, under primmed parcels that are stacked in the shittiest way so yeah, all that trash talking about Masoma that Tricia likes to do is kinda lame. Let’s clear the air on something here. The Rockwells overstepped and got called on it as did the other owners. Instead of acting like adults and moving on, they decided to shit all over the situation as they continue to do now. As for Tricia Olrich. You can buy your friends, you can buy homesteads, you can buy followers, you can buy just about everything but you can’t buy brains (and you are dumb as fuck). Stop trash talking, stop attention whoring and try something new..I don’t know, maybe go outside. This is SL SECRETS. If Brie wishes to post affirmations and support (and sign each image) at her own blog and call it SL Affirmations, that’s her right and she should do so if she thinks it fills a need. But her posts here aren’t secrets, and neither is her identity.
By always posting the first “non-secret” every week, and signing it, it seems like Brie just wants attention for her positive affirmations. There’s definitely a place for them, but does it have to be first place every week?
I don’t think Brie is being attention seeking, I think she’s trying to uplift others. But even if she was being attention seeking.. so what? Everybody posting is seeking attention in one way or another. At least her way is kind and positive.
OH OK good. Now to figure out how to take over the world pinky and the brain style.

Ok not my site, I do not put things in the order. They put it first they pay for the page they can do what they like.. the purpose of secrets when it started was not to be the hatemongering people like you turned it into. And for the 4 people who are apparently bothered by someone being nice there has been 4 times who seem to appreciate it. I sign my name because I don’t NEED to hide who I am. I WANT people to know I care and if they need a friend and ear I’m here. The 2 people who run this site have absolutely no issue with what I am doing so I have no intention of stopping. So your choices are 1) figure out what is lacking in you that makes you upset to see someone being nice for the sake of niceness 2) ignore it and eat the hate with a spoon or 3) don’t come to the site anymore. I’m overall happy with who I am. you on the other hand need to do some soul searching. I hope you find happiness because you very apparently are not.

IF you are gonna sit there and ask why brie, posts get a life. Shes at least has the balls enough to put kind words up for people that need encouragement. There are many people who hate this website who think that this is ridiculous, brie is the sweetest and most giving person. She reminds us every sunday that there is someone caring.

So many stores rl sl take inspiration from others its not a blatant rip, or use of their texture.
You watch the catwalks then you see very similar almost identical outfits in topshop, Zara, Asos.
so many stores in sl do this. Lelutka did as do Paper couture, Milkmotion,Emery,Maitreya ,Coco,Mon tissue. ugh the list can go on.
What is not right when a store rips the texture as well as the design off the top of my head ,Redgrave sure there are 1000’s. No hate for Mon tissue though, those jeans was fabulous

Ummkay, if they copy it exact maybe it show lack of creativity or maybe it’s a smart way to make a quick buck, either way it doesn’t matter. However, if you take RL and use it as a source of inspiration and give it value add then I disagree with you, it is not a lack of creativity at all.
And get this, YOU CAN NOT COPY RIGHT A HAIR STYLE, you can not copy right a chair or a house or a dress. Most thing have been done before there is stuff all that is origional, someone before you has made an LBD, or an old white house or a blonde bob, who cares.
It all sounds to me like professional or should I say UNprofessional jealousy and fear or competition.
Speaking of Lelutka, one of the most well known stores in SL who got caught for buying stuff off Daz to sell in sl (against most Daz sellers ToS). But I guess since it happened years ago, it’s ok. They might have gotten legit now but I wouldn’t buy their skins as that is what was reportedly ripped.
You do walk a thin line when you copy real life designs. On one hand it can offer the item in-world to someone who couldn’t wear or afford it in real life. On another it proves that you do lack some creativity to make something original if you constantly have to make things based off RL items even if they are really nice and well done. So yeah people get a bit pissy when some designers slave over an item to make it original and someone who is skilled just recreates a real life item and boom everyone buys it. I’d say it’s a justified reaction to find it shady but also not technically illegal or harming anyone.
What makes me laugh the most? SL creators who COPY each other especially when the one who did it first copied a RL design. It’s like a chain of unoriginality. Btw, what’s everyones opinion on Yummy’s earrings for taggacha not being transfer (apparently after you rez the box. Mine looked no transfer unrezzed. It was set perms to, not a script that made it no trans)? I’m probably not going to ever play a gacha from them again due to that.
I wonder if another sl store used Alexander Wang for inspiration for their products and photos like Vivie9 did. If anyone labels the other store as a copycat or Vivie9 claims they were copied, wouldn’t that seem stupid? I see that happens a lot in SL and it is something that I never understood.

I agree also, I’m so sick of this rubbish. Just because one person has done it doesn’t mean no one else can do it. Some designers in SL think no one else is allowed to do it because they did it first, get over yourself. As said unless they have ripped textures or what not it’s not illegal, grow up.
I agree, this is just using RL inspiration, which is totally fine! Not even the patterns are matching on the legs. Calm down, folks.

Who is 7 about?
I’ve been in and out of the hospital the past few weeks, and just found out that I will get migraines if I cry. Brie keep your chin up, because I will need your positivity to keep myself from being bitter about losing the ability to show my emotion. Everything hurts. EVERYTHING. My back, my chest, my head. Sometimes I wonder if it will get better and I often want to throw in the towel but I refuse because I am one stubborn woman. Whoever is sending in negative cards based on brie’s positivity you should be ashamed of yourself. You should be ashamed of yourself because of all the injustice in the world you pick on the one person who’s trying to make it a better place, and you have made yourself one of the bad people the negative people. Bravo. While you are at it why don’t you go tell some kid that Santa doesn’t exist or even one better go take some kids Christmas presents, because for some of us out there we NEED to hear Brie’s message and instead of coexisting you’ve chosen to spit on the good. So from the bottom of my heart, I thank you Brie, for your cheer because I don’t have a lot of it and I needed it.

Scarlett I’m sorry you are sick and I thank you for your kind words. I post the nice thinggs I do because well, because I can. Lourdes posts em so I send them. there’s no rule that says secrets has to be mean and hateful. I have too many times seen people reach out here for help because they are contemplating suicide. If my one. nice word makes them reconsider I have done my job. The fact that someone needs to bitch doesn’t hurt me it makes me want to even more keep it up. I’ve met many amazing people because of this one small gesture I do weekly so if they have issue with it then too bad. They can look elsewhere and ignore it. I’m not hijacking secrets I post 1 nice thing that’s it. Because I’m better than being hateful and I choose to wake up daily and put good out into the world not hate.
I am thankful you pots nice secrets. Even if they aren’t secrets. To haters: I keep the lights on here. Brie can continue to post all she wants. Secrets wasn’t meant to be a place where everyone anonymously stabs their friends in the back – it just turned out that way. If you want that you have to accept Bries secrets as long as she’s willing to do them. Tough shit if you don’t like it. 🙂
