Before we delve into secrets…

At Number 4, You know why they are late, because they like to make an entrance, they get noticed if they are late. There is a certain house designer whose face was most scarlet at the last H & G expo, turned up over 24hrs late, no explaination, just a stupid “we’ll be here soon” sign. It’s their ego’s you see, don’t buy their stuff
I wonder about that because when they are late 1 or 2 days I might come back but as time goes by I forget the event so not so smart in my opinion.

There’s a few designers who think they have stalkers, again it makes them think they are important and gets them attention
I personally think its stupid to blow 5k for early entrance to the arcade, I mean just think of all the gacha you could have with 5k. Plus there’s yardsales you can visit if you can’t get in opening day so its really no big deal. But to each their own. I just don’t understand with all the fees arcade charges designers to participate how they can not afford land. If they are that strapped maybe they should just lessen the amount of designers so the land can be smaller and more manageable.
I bought early access because I can afford to and the arcade is something that I enjoy doing in second life. I’m sorry if some people feel that the 5k is to much money. However the people that bought the early access usually spend tens of thousands of lindens so 5k is a drop in the bucket for most of us.
I am sad people think 5k Linden is a lot of money, it’s peanuts, I spend more than that on coffee and lunch DAILY

When movies these days cost you like 25 bucks (tickets, drinks etc), why complain about the cost of early access to a virtual event that lasts even longer! Let people have their fun.
This is exactly the reason why people shouldn’t be complaining about the access fee, People spend their money on things they can afford and things they enjoy doing, whatever that thing may be. If someone enjoys the arcade and has fun doing it, what’s 5k Lindens? Really it’s nothing. So if you are having fun rock on! enjoy it.
As for the Arcade’s decision to sell early access, honestly they have created an event that became successful, very popular in fact. To a point the Sim is full for hours after opening, so why shouldn’t harvest a little on their success and grant a premium access package? Why shouldn’t they? I think their early access should have been 10k but give a 48 hours early access to the super Arcade fans.
I agree with 12, child AV’s are creepy, the parents even worth, not sure all are pedos, but I bet a lot are. They are creepy, esp when it’s a grown up male behind the AV of a little girl or a teen, it’s just plain wrong, it is.

You sound pretty jealous tbh. Yeah the person in question talks a lot about her spending and sometimes it DOES really seem like she’s bragging or shoving it in other people’s faces. And she has also complained about being short on money or living paycheck to paycheck when she clearly has no idea what that means. But is it your money? Your life? Nope. You don’t have to approve of her lifestyle or understand it. She gets to do what she likes with her money. If she has financial problems down the road it’s really not your problem, is it? Unless you’re married to her or something.

wasn’t trying to be mean, just my opinion. I don’t have to agree with how she spends her money, frankly I don’t care. I was merely pointing out that if people have these types of feelings about you, you might want to look at what you are doing to cause them. As for posting here, safer for everyone. They seriously don’t want me to express my views publicly because I would be even more brutal publicly. And no sorry still not jealous of repeated Disney visits. She is a grown woman, why does she need to go every other month? It’s more then a little obsessive and a whole lot sad.

most adults don’t feel the need to visit Disney World once every other month. We grow out of the childish things. You have to admit it is a very expensive anti-depressant and I hope for her sake that if she runs into financial problems later in life she doesn’t regret the money she has ‘wasted’ by using Disney World as her go to ‘happy place’. I’m not jealous, like I said I’ve out grown childish things. However if people are jealous of you it is because you tend to over do the “look at me, I’m at Disney” stuff. I usually find when people feel that way about you, you need to look at what you’re doing to make them feel that way, not just call them mean and hateful.
I was totally not aware that we were entitled to tell someone how to spend their money and live their lives. Thank you for cluing me in!
number 7 is obviously written by this girl who owns the store whimey. every arcade this girl starts the woe is me plurks about not being in a certain event cause someone badmouthed her, I feel sorry for this Noodles owner girl being the center of attention of this girl that has nothing else to do than SL all day long. Sash should stop feeling pity for herself and step away from the PC for some months!

This feud is getting really old, and to be honest a lot of people, myself included, think it smacks of a set-up.
If “this Wimey girl” were actually doing this, and had been called out long ago, would she be likely to CONTINUE to do it for this long? That doesn’t even make sense.
However, if “this Noodles girl” realized she could successfully fool a lot of people into witch-hunting Sasha, would she be likely to STOP? Probably not.
If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck… Maybe people should put down their pitchforks and think about how logical this all is. Or isn’t.
Forgot to mention, regardless of who is behind it, it’s freaking cruel and unnecessary. If you don’t like someone, fine, block them and move on with your life. But to say stuff like this, whether it really is about someone else, or it’s pretending to BE someone else… either way it’s sick and shameful. I feel sorry for someone who has so much venomous hatred inside them.

ROFL #15 The Charlie and the Chocolate Factory theme really fits the Arcade! I compared the early access passes to the Golden Tickets on Plurk. Not that I am opposed to the early access, honestly I am not. Let people spend their lindens how they want – it’s there SLife! But the creators should have expected drama over it – this is SL after all. The best thing would have been for them to do would have been to own their choice, keep quiet and ignore the detractors.
Went to Uber today, almost half the designers are late, need a event organizer that will say “if you’re late, we will replace you”. No questions asked, be on time or be replaced, even if it is the cool kids stores.
People who want to spend 5k for early access are entitled too. So is person pricing their rare high, most of the time people who have a rare to sell are people who spent a lot on your machine so it works both ways. Still I can hardly believe the Arcade has not enough money to double its sim,
I agree with number 4 totally! I get so tired of going to events and touted stores aren’t there yet. If you make a commitment to do something then you should. I’m not talking about the once in while stores…I’m talking about the ones who are late to every single event they participate in. That is no way to run a business.

I agree. If i go to an event that creators are late for I tend not to go back to buy their content. If i am going to be forced to go to event after event to get content they need to have it out on time if they expect me to buy it.
