Before we delve into secrets…

You do realise that being popular is pretty important when it comes to blogging, right? Why the hell would they add bloggers who no one follows?
Not entirely true. I was not “popular” as in part of the “in” crowd and still got 300+ views on each of my photos. Now I believe what My Prediction is speaking of is overall popularity. If you are not part of the in crowd with designers and whatnot then you have no chance, or at least that’s how I took it. I don’t believe that just because people are in with a certain crowd that it makes them good automatically. I have seen bloggers who are best friends with designers and their photos are garbage or they over edit the living shit out of them to where the item no longer looks anything like what it does in world. Just is what it is when it comes to that stuff.

Just gonna say this – the joke “Jeff Gold’bloomin’ onion made me lol. Of course I like that kind of humor, and found Airplane to be one of the funniest movies I’ve ever seen.
Same here. I got a nice little laugh out of the Goldbloomin’ Onion. The knowing, pleased look on Goldbloom’s face is fantastic.

I guess I don’t understand why a perfectly valid point about the institutional oppression of people of colour and the history of slavery in the United States being a compelling reason to find the concept of SL slavery to be distasteful has to be couched in SL secrecy. Are people really such cowards that they can’t stand up and make a point like this and attach their name to it? Who cares whether or not they ruffle the feathers of nitwits playing at BDSM in cyberspace?
It’s one way to start a dialog. Hard to do so in-world when you’re automatically on the defensive about your knee-jerk reaction to a semantic issue. (An important one, but still.)

No 6. I couldn’t agree more. To many sales, events and hunts cheapening the hours we put into making things to then have to sell them for peanuts. Also it’s all about copy items and texture changes and basically give me as much as you can for a measly few lindens.
Some creators are spitting crap out to make a quick buck but a great many more shoppers are expecting hours of work for no return.
Well if this sales/events/hunts thing is such an issue for you creators, then you should band together to stop participating in all of them. Someone has to make the first move to change how things are done. If your product is great quality, then wouldnt your shoppers be willing to wait for it when it comes out in your shop? What about deciding together what events you would all like to participate in and which you would all like to drop altogether.
Why is everyone so concerned about what is between someone’s legs in rl? I’ve played Sl for nearly a decade and met many men who play women and vice versa. It is none of your business it’s a virtual environment, I’m sure the furries aren’t really bunnies or cats, ect in real life. Get a grip there’s much worse to worry about. If you don’t like someone here’s an idea, block them and be done with it. Don’t post petty shit on here just cause you are Buddhist.
They care because the one spreading everything is a psycho cunt who was rejected… the same psycho that told everyone she had cancer and every other tragedy happen to her. Yet they believe HER lies.
